I’ve recently purchased a ring from Enrico‘s jewelry store. The staff was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and went above and beyond to help me. I could not have been any happier with the customer service and my purchase… I highly recommend this store for anyone who is looking to purchase high-end fine jewelry.

Don't go here for engravings. When i dropped my ring off i was asked in what font i wanted my engraving and i chose script. When i picked up my ring not only was it NOT in script but it was also engraved upside down.. I asked if it could be re-done and I was told they can only laser a script font (i don't know why i wasn't told this when i dropped it off) and to re-do the engraving he said the metal would be shaved down too much. Very disappointed, as i spent a lot of money on the ring and it was a gift for someone special. If I could give no stars I would.

Where do I begin. I thought I would finally give Enrico's Jewelry a chance. Big mistake. I came to try to get a price to sell some diamond rings in 14 k gold. Not only was I insulted with the offer, but Enrico threw my family heirlooms onto the jewelry display. Obviously unprofessional. I noticed another customer on here had similar issues with Enrico throwing his jewelry.Also, while I love dogs for the most part in general, there is a time and a place. Not a huge Rottweiler around precious metals.Wait for his reply folks, it should be quite amusing.

A great family jeweler. Viola is so knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I bring all of my jewelry there to be fixed or re-created and every piece comes out beautiful. I would trust nobody else.

I had no idea where to go for jewelry repair when I moved out here & a customer sent me to Enrico's. Now, I would never go anywhere else. The first time I had a delicate repair & I needed it the next day. They not only fixed the piece, they improved it & for a very fair price. Since, I have brought other jewelry in & am thrilled every time. They are wonderful, talented & I am so happy to have found them.

Viola is the best at what she does. She is so talented at creating gorgeous pieces and helping guide you to exactly what you are looking for. Helps envision and bring to life exactly what you envision. Repairs and maintenance are done so timely and the right way. Highly recommend Enrico’s for all jewelry needs. Piercing and purchases. I go here for high school class rings, holidays, piercings, repairs and everything else. Couldn’t be happier with them.
