“Just went to this TD Bank today April 21st 2024. Sunday. This Bank is open from 11:00 to 2:00 on Sunday. I stopped in just a few minutes before 2:00 to take out some money to pay my rent and I was informed by the teller at the drive-thru that my card was not working. A couple of days ago I got a text about a charge that I did not make and the text said if you did not make this charge reply no, so I replied no and I thought that was the end of it. Apparently it wasn't. They turned off my card. I guess I'm glad they did just in case my account was compromised. Which luckily it wasn't. But nonetheless the card had to be replaced. Now it's right at 2:00 the bank is getting ready to close but the teller tells me to come in and get a new card and I said I can wait and do it tomorrow because you're getting ready to close and he said no come in and do it now it's only going to take a couple of minutes they will open the door for you. So the lady came to the door (different teller) and I went up to the counter, she printed me a new card and it took a bit more than 5 minutes and I told her how much I appreciated them staying later to help me. I really wish they hadn't have done it cuz it is Sunday and who wants to stay late at work on sunday? So I must give them five stars for helping me out. I wish I could remember their names but I can't. Hopefully that boss will read this and look back on this day in the records and see who is working and give them a good job praise.”

Capital One should take some lessons from this bank on how to treat customers.”

TFCU is the way to go with all types of banking! the customer service reps/teller are knowledgable and work around very well with all types of questions/inquiries. they are always there to help you no matter what. their fraud protection system is GREAT! you get a call or text immediately before the 'unusual' transaction even proceeds. and right away they will help you recover your account if hacking is detected. shout out to teachers. best bank i ever joined.”
