I have lived by this 7-eleven basically my entire life & the staff is always exceptional, however I had an experience with a man who worked there named Devin that touched my heart. He paid for my boyfriend and I to get snacks for our movie & I insisted I’d pay him back and he said he wouldn’t take it. Now, I know they don’t make much there, he basically worked an hour to buy us snacks & he really saved the day. I didn’t know how else to leave this review short of walking in & asking for the manager so I figured I’d just put it here. I almost cried because it’s so easy to forget there are actually good people in this world.

They need to level out the parking lot. There was a big pond in front of the store due to the all day rain yesterday. I had to drive my SUV right up to the door of the store in order to get out without stepping into this 'pond'

Bad customer service, i cameby to heat a few pieces of chicken and a white male at the register said i couldn’t, I’ve never had any problems before like the one today either at this or at any other location, i asked politely and the same worker gave me a bad look and an a attitude just for that , MUST RETRAIN WORKER PROPERLY, I’m the nicest person i can be and this is what i have to deal with…

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Management was completely rude and made me feel very uncomfortable. He was very unprofessional, would not let me bring my service dog in while I was holding him and made me leave him in the car at 87 degrees. It was 10:58 and my kids wanted to get a free slurpee on free slurpee day, but they didn't allow it because it started at 11. I also noticed another person had to leave their dog in the car in this horrible weather. Do not recommend.*btw I did not leave the dog in the car but sent the kids in instead. I wouldn't do that to an animal. Maybe a manager.
