I had recently tried to do a ombré/balayage on my self and it wasn't too bad but I wanted to go to the salon and kind of get it touched up maybe make the blonde more gradual/natural looking (picture w heart) and the lady seemed unsure at first on what I was talking about and then said she'd figured it out and it'd be great.... And it wasn't. She dyed my whole head a weird blonde but left the roots and I had horizontal lines on certain parts of my hair. It was awful. You could tell she knew it looked bad and told me if I didn't like it to just come back and get highlights. I cried the whole way home because of how terrible I looked. Waste of money and time.

I’m not one to leave a bad review but these were just awful. I was excited to finally give Tropical Escape a try for lashes but was unfortunately very disappointed. These photos were taken in the car after my appointment. As you can tell, the inner and outer corners were left completely bare without lashes, giving a very incomplete and unflattering look. The lashes also had way too much glue in areas causing them to be very uncomfortable. They offered to fix them but I obviously wouldn’t want more painful lashes put on. I asked for them to be taken off and a refund however they do not do refunds so I paid $120 to take these lashes off myself. I’ve worn lashes for years, and am certified in lashes myself but have never had them done so poorly. A waste of time and money.

I decided I wanted to get my hair done for a wedding I was attending at Turning Stone. I called 12+ places within a 40 minute drive of Turning Stone a month before the wedding and Tropical Escape Salon was the only place with an appointment!They squeezed me in first thing at 9am and it was a less than 10 minute drive from Turning Stone. I couldn’t be happier with the results! The atmosphere was so chill and laid back, the price I paid for my updo was very reasonable and Kendra did an amazing job with my (on the thinner side) hair!If I’m in the area again for a special event I will be returning!!

Had eye lashes done,the lady's that does mine ,was going to see if she could also do my lower lashes,go ING to look at up before my appointment on. Sept 2,2021,can't wait hope she can do the lower lashes !!!!!

I booked Tropical Escape Salon for my Wedding Party. They did an amazing job for me and all my girls! The hairdressers were well educated and super sweet. The makeup artist did amazing! There were some issues with pricing costs. I was told two different prices over the phone. But other than that minor detail, this salon is highly recommended!

Nightmare They butchered my hair ! Cut from anywhere and everywhere. Colored my hair dark and put silver streaks thru it!
