So went to buy trash bags said my card di not go thru mind you not declined try again they said. Still same thing. Went to bank ask about the card said nothing wrong with it. Bank checked and General charged him 2 times for trash bags. Went back showed them print out from bank. They won't refund for 1 trash bag or even give him 1 of the 2 he paid for. Sherrill NY

Dollar general is a great place my wife hates when I go there because I have a bad problem spending money in there I go for 1 thing and 50-$100 later so now I need a wife babysitter when I go lol but all the employees are great and friendly they are always busy and they do what they can on keeping the STORES clean everyone that I have been at is great staff I lived on cape cod now in New York so from cape to New York thanks

Phil H.and district manager Mike McClain gave me outstanding customer service for a situation that I had.They are an example of what customer service should still be.Im even going to send my review to the headquarters in Tennessee.Keep up the great work Dollar General!!

They do a pretty good job here. The sign could use some work and the building is pretty beat. Minus 2 stars for the condition of the facilities but the staff are great.

Compared to the other stores, in Vernon and Oneida, I would most definitely suggest this one in sherrill for sure!! It's bigger, more food selection and they even had boxes of Lysol, which I have yet to see any of at the other two. Very safe, everyone wore masks, and very clean also.
