I come here all the time and I often think about when I got a tire changed here and the lady at the front desk told me they didn't have a "lug nut" to put the spare back on the car. If you know anything about how to put a spare back on a toyota sienna, no lugnut is required and also lugnut isn't even the proper terminology. Obviously they just didn't wanna put it back on but that's walmart auto techs for ya. I tell my family members this story because it's quite funny! I also went home and put the spare back on myself anyways since you need a tire changer machine to fix a messed up tire but only two hands and a brain to put a spare back on.

This is for the auto services, If you want a nasty welcome, this is the place. I just came for a oil change. First time at this Walmart I usually go to the one n Centereach, but I was doing shopping here. Auto services here! Hell no. The first thing is that you have to be kind to customers. And this piece of animal came out of the office with a attitude, no wonder reasons the place was empty. I do not I do not recommend this place to anyone.

What happened to the automotive department? Terrible service. You're lucky if anyone shows up. They still blame Covid for the hold ups. Hire better employees!!!

I love the prices of Walmart I don't go there so often because it's pretty much far for me but when I do I load up.

The $ on the Walmart app does not match what I have paid at check out on various products. This has happened more than once. I have written to customer support and never get I reply. I believe that this is misrepresentation since I could have picked up the same products at Stop&Shop and Target for less. Not right especially in today's economy.

One of the worst car service in the area, had purchased my tires here and also bought extended services (life time tire balance/rotation). Every time I come here, all the employees seem so confused, if they show up to work at all. If you go to a normal shop, you tell them why your there and they take your key and get to it but here you stand on line for 15 minutes before someone even acknowledged your presence, pondering why you came here. They have several lifts but only one seems to working at a time, and it's always the one in the rear where you can't see what services are actually being performed. Makes me think they half ass the job, not sure why they go out of their way to take your car the furthest away from your view. Stayed tuned for my next review as I wait on this line, they guy doesn't seem toKnow how to use a computer here

The staff here is so unexpectedly rude. Sometimes the vending machine has expired products. The stuff here is pretty cheap however. The produce is pretty good here for the price

I guess now Walmart is forcing a bag on yous and you have to pay for them. This was bs. This store has been going down hill for years. Never anything stocked or placed on the shelves right. Employees are so detached and absent minded. Gotta wait on a line just to leave the store. Sad when the ghetto Walmart's do better then this one. Place is always dirty and floor looks un finished for years. Wish there was another choice.

I ordered online with curbside pickup. They have no curbside pickup at all. I am handicapped and going into store is impossible. I had to get a good Samaritan to go inside to the curtain desk and pick it up for me.Walmart Sucks!!!

Obviously Walmart itself has great things , but my god this store has the worst customer service. Today I went in and purchased a bunch of things , one being a small plant. The plant had no tag on it and the woman said "sorry - doesn't have a tag" she asked a woman who didn't know and then just put it away. The plant was probably 2$ but the principal that she just said "sorry" when I could have grabbed another. I get they have other customers it was just so rude.

No masks on customers and when pointed out, staff did nothing. Many cashiers had masks around their necks w their noses not covered. I won't be returning.

This location had a bin of face masks for sale. The bin said "SUPPORT VETERANS WITH MASKS MADE IN THE U.S.A." Every mask in the bin said "MADE IN CHINA" on it! False advertising and absolutely reprehensible given the state of the world right now.

This has to be one of the worst customer service Walmart's I've ever been to. And it's even worse over the phone! They always leave you on hold and never pick up there damn phones. I'm not new to this area, lived here for 16 years. This is getting so ridiculous. I've been going to target and they've been so much better, just follow 347 a bit further and your already there

One of the better Walmart locations in Suffolk county. I love the bakery / party supply section and clearance section. I started obsessing over the amazing baked creation videos people make on Instagram. So I shopped this section and gave it a shot on my first cooking video. I got a turntable to spin the cake around. Sparkle cardboard cake holders to place the cake on. Icing, colored sugar sprinkle, colored candy & jolly ranchers to melt into a cake topper. It came out pretty well & my friend absolutely loved it when I brought it to her party. Everyone was asking about it. This stores party section is amazing and I love seeing what's new there.

Today I visited the walmart in east setauket Long Island, There were only 2 actual cashiers on duty . I waited on line for over 20 minutes until it was my turn, while this was going on the supervisor had visited the cashier to deal with a problem. Finally it was my turn and I was halfway finished unloading my items before the cashier advised me that the machine was not taking credit cards and it was cash only. She then tried to direct me to the self check out. I had over 30 items and observed that there were at least 40 people already on line with the same or greater loads. I inquired of the supervisor as I put my cart back if they were going to open any other registers and she was very curt when she replied "If we have them we will right now you should use the self check out" I find it offensive that I should be responded to in this manner, and since I am not employed at Walmart, I do not see any reason for me to act as a cashier and check out my own items. There are many other stores I can shop at and though I did like Walmart, I do not think this is the way business should be handled. Thank you
