Lockup was so helpful in every way. Moving is such a stressful experience but lockup staff made our move so much better even providing us with a truck free of charges! So glad we picked lockup!

They are the most nicest people and funny too. The storage unit we rented was perfect it was a 7 and a half by 10 its clean a happy atmosphere and even the renters were nice. They even have a truck you can use just when you bring it back you have to put gas in it which is great a free truck to move your things in you can't find it anywhere. If anyone needs to rent a storage unit go to Lock up storage in East Setauket they are the most welcoming people.

John was so nice and helpful. I needed to downsize my locker, and he was efficient, and the process was easy. He also loaned me a broom and dustpan to sweep out my old locker. Great service and reasonable prices. I mean it’s an extra expense, but they’re so accommodating and truly strive to make it a pleasant experience.Sincerely,Anna Tesoriero

5x5 Climate controlled. $69 per month online. My rent has gone up over the last two years, now paying $135. Nice facility, I just think they're out of touch on pricing.

Clean yet a little moth ball smell. I love the location. Right off of 347 on the corner. Easy in easy out. Love that they have the carts available for everyone to use to load and unload. Temperatures seem good so far throughout the building and in my climate control unit.

Everything went well from making the reservation to moving in. Front desk staff Max was very helpful and explained everything.
