So we took the amesity deal where you can pay half but only have 2 days to take your stuff out. Which we did then they tell us our stuff will go into auction. No one came and they told us we had to pay the full price in order to get our stuff back. This place is complete bullshit. They must be going out of business cause everyone else sees there scams

I highly recommend Storage Post in East Setauket. Unit was very clean and easily accessible. Abe was wonderful to work with and helped answer all my questions and concerns. Would definitely recommend this location to anyone who is looking for either short term or long term storage.

Abe is a horrible employee. For 4 years my husband has stored his $145,000 Corvette in a unit in this location. For the first few years, my husband would leave his pickup truck in the lot because it didn't fit in the unit. We never had an issue. We had no idea that corporate policy does not allow cars parked that don't pay rent (corporate greed at its finest). Today when my husband tried to get his car and leave his pickup, Abe, instead of explaining corporate policy, cursed at my husband about parking there and threw his clipboard at him. When my husband cursed back, Abe called the police, who forced my husband to leave, without his car! Abe proceeded to say that his storage lease was terminated and emailed him (I HAVE the emails) to say his gate code was deleted - inevitably holding his car hostage. THIS IS CAR THEFT!!! We will no longer do business with this company and will be contacting our lawyer regarding how this company treats its paying customers (we're paid until June 15th and they refused us a partial refund) what a disgrace!!

The worst place ever they had a heroine addict working for them and he took my payments and didn’t log them 2 to be exact and then they put my stuff in action and I lost all my memories all my ides and even my boyfriends ashes they also let him get away with breaking into units and stealing peoples belongings

I gotta say Kirill was great to work with. When there was an issue with my gate code he immediately fixed it for me, and patiently answered any and all questions I had. On top of that, the place is immaculately maintained. I’ve been to a few storage places and this is probably the cleanest and best maintained I have seen. Thanks!

The employees do not bother you even when you may use it to hang out in. Just don't do drugs there and respect the property.

Porche was the most helpful person. She got me a storage unit set up despite me being in another state. Was very easy to get set up and access to my unit.

Kirill was extremely helpful and provided a tour of the facility when I was interested in renting.A few months later, Kirill was walking the property performing a security check. He noticed I did not properly lock my unit and was kind enough to call and make me aware of the situation.I am so pleased with the level of customer service and follow up with the facility.

I went to the Storage Post in Setauket with my boyfriend to help him grab a few items. We were having difficulty with the latch. Kirill was extremely helpful and resolved the issue for us in no time. I would highly recommend this location.
