Waiting 2 hours and still wasn’t seen. No one was able to give you an estimated time or additional information. Why even bother in rescheduling.

If you have all day, this is the doctor for you. To the doctors and staff, you have nothing else going on in your life. For instance, it is 11:25. We are waiting for a 9:45 appointment. I am surprised they don't charge rent.

I've been a medical office manager for many years. I have never experienced a more incompetent, chaotic practice in my adult life. They have made appointments for me and when I get there, they tell me the Dr isn't in. Now they just sent me a letter that they have to cancel the appointment that I waited months for.
