There were many showings and multiple offers that came in fairly quickly.Joseph Lombardo is always reachable on his cell phone and I liked that I could reach him with questions 7 days a week. He sold my home in 40 days for top dollar with no commission and also paid my attorney fees as promised. Use him if you need to sell or no anyone that does need to sell a home.”
