I was not acknowledged when I checked in so I had no idea if I would have been seen. There is no visible queue. The kiosk said my wait was 30-60 minutes but still was not called after 1:20 hours. If you don't have an appointment they can keep pushing you back behind those that have appointments. I left because they said I had 2 waitlisted people in front of me but that wasn't truthful because all the people who checked in before me had left the building. I personally think they are slow. I went to Sunrise first thing the next morning and was in and out.

Terrible. I was just refused my appointment for a Covid PCR and Flu test because they said they only swab patients that are asymptomatic.....why would you need a Covid or Flu swab if you were asymptomatic? They stated that this is their policy and is stated online when making your appointment because there are "immune compromised patients you're exposing".....which is untrue. Online and in my confirmation it only states to wear a mask if you're experiencing symptoms. Listen to the reviews.

This Location and the Medford location have been the best locations for quest diagnostics that I have ever been to the selden location is a nightmare. All three times that I attended the selden location. They screwed up something or hurt me or misinformed me. However, this location took me at 11:50 a.m. with 10 minutes to spare before it closed at noon and the woman was one of the nicest people I've ever had the pleasure of having a conversation with and she was quick and efficient and apologetic towards my bad experience at Selden. You're on the South shore Medford location is a good location. If you're on the North shore East setauket location are wonderful. As long as you follow the parameters of booking the appointment online and getting into that office before they close and lock the door. They are happy to help you.

One of the rudest front ladies I’ve ever met she was mad that I asked a guesstimate on wait time after waiting for over 3 hours! Ended up going to Labcorp instead in and out very nice people there and fast. Never going to quest again terrible

I just have to say the ladies working there are absolute saints because dealing with the general public is not fun or easy. Take away the walk in options and make everyone make an appointment so these poor workers can do their job instead of having to explain 700 times to people appointments are priority. IT DOESNT MATTER IF YOU HAVE BEEN WAITING AWHILE!!! they are fully booked!!! So please be kinder to the very workers trying to help you & get angry at companies for not supporting their workers. Btw I’ve NEVER waited more than 5 min to be seen. MAKE AN APPOINTMENT AND STOP BLAMING OTHERS FOR YOUR LACK OF PLANNING!!!!

Love this place!! I came right around 2 pm (without knowing they close @2:30), they helped me with the check in process and were able to get me in before they closed! The woman who helped me and took my blood was SO nice and kind throughout!! 10 times better than any Sunrise lab i’ve been to(no offense)!❤️

Nancy the supervisor, was incredibly helpful when I came in and there was a billing error that said I was in collections from a blood draw 2 months prior, she called quest and got the issue fixed so my labs were released for me to get my blood drawn.Carmen was also lovely ,gentle, and was able to get my tricky veins. So happy with this experience and the staff.

If you are not American I suggest you not to go here I had an appointment at 11:30 came in 10 minutes earlier and I was seen one hour late I felt discriminated for being the only Hispanic person in there and not being attended! Not an apologies for the inconvenience not an excuse or reason.

The person who drew my blood pressured me to allow Quest to put a $70 hold against my credit card. My insurance copay is $25. Corporate Quest, are you listening? I do not appreciate being told to insure that you potentially get paid an additional $45 before my insurance company can even review the charges. Why put the onus on the patient to keep track of the job the insurance company and the lab should collaborate on. It feels unethical to me; go back to paper billing.

Had to come back twice the first time they couldn’t get my vein.. came back the second time and was blessed to have Sheryl she got it so quick and made this experience for me amazing.

I don’t know why I have read so many bad reviews about this Quest location! I have been there several times. I have never been treated rudely or any of the other things I have read. It’s an easy check-in process when you get there you scan your license and health insurance card. You call to make an appointment which is automated and also easy. I was in and out quickly, and by the next morning through my physicians portal I received the results! I recommend them highly!

I wish I could give 0 stars. I went here back in November for routine bloodwork. I didn't catch my phlebotomists name; she was pleasant enough to speak with but I have never had such a painful blood draw. She must have hit a nerve in my elbow which sent an awful pain down to my wrist (near my thumb). I told her that it hurt really bad and she said to go home and use a hot compress. I had nerve pain for 2+ weeks after that. Ended up having to wear a wrist brace to keep my wrist steady to avoid the pain. I will never return to this location ever and I would advise others to go elsewhere.
