I had an emergency last week in which I had dropped my phone on a hard floor and it had completely shattered (not usable at all- black screen not even turning on). With 5 minutes left until closing, Harry welcomed me into his location and helped me get a new phone into my hands within minutes. We all know that getting a new phone can be the same as buying a car. It usually takes hours on end. I had my two young kids waiting in the car after a long day of school and baseball and he made this transition seamless and quick. You have gained a customer in me for sure. 10 stars from me! “Everyone at the Smith Haven Mall AT&T store are great, especially JoJo, Darius and Opal, they are the best! My husband had a major issue with his SIM card and phone number when we first switched to At&T from Verizon and they worked so hard and diligently to get it resolved for him, I mean for weeks this went on & they were persistent and really cared about helping him. They were great and we won’t go to any other AT&T store from then on for help or upgrades. We highly recommend them & the Smith Haven Mall AT&T store”
