“Had 1 hr before leaving to my nieces wedding. Tried on my shirt and it was 2 sizes too small. Ran to men’s Warehouse and was greeted by Nicole. I told her I had 15 miniutes to pick out a shirt, tie and shoes. She took shirt measurements and picked out two shirts and ties and then 2 pairs of shoes within 15 miniutes. I am def going back asking for her and will buy 2 suites that she picks out for me!! Great place”

From cloths, pet, child , face and body , home decor, etc...Staff is helpful when not over run at peak time ( ie holiday,etc) . They can't be ever where but they due a good job at it.I know from going there at different times. The workers due attempt to keep the store clean an orderly. An unpack stock as fast as they can to get boxs off the floor. Still you may see some staff can only process so fast.That said it can be an up hill battle for staff on super busy days. So as a consumer please make an effort to put back as found and not drop it else were.Funny how customers can complain about a messy store yet don't see how its there fellow customers creating the mess.TJ Max has been a favorite place for me for handbags, pets stuff ( though I wish they carried abit more for Larger size dogs , other TJMax store due. I know this could be space or store code carry issue ), home goods - although they have really good holidays home goods you have to be fast ! As it disappears quickly !So Homegoods is another big favorite for me .Now the down sideHomegoods amount of product- sometimes you can only find so many of an item an then you have find it in another store or way. This is abit frustrating with curtains, table decor when you want a match set of a certain number.Bathrooms - on busy day I have had to ask for bathroom clean up and toilet paper. I understand staff limits on holidays, peak times.Staff can't be everywhere so Customers if you see a problem in the bathroom tell the staff !This happen at Christmas time for me , the personal at the cashier told some one an toilet paper got refilled .”

The female rep that took my box asked for the receipt, which clearly stated 2 items, yet this incompetent girl scanned the box and only entered 1 item. She proceeded to tell me how much my refund would be, which I asked her if she read the printout I gave her, which stated that it would be the full amount. Her attitude sucked, I almost lost my patience with her. The male rep had to come and assist her by showing her what to do. She didn't even apologize for her mistake and behavior. Macy's need to do better.”

But I did want to say that my experience was exceptional. I was just browsing through make up as I never really buy makeup products unless they're from a drugstore. Gina helped me and actually went above and beyond. Seriously such a nice individual. She gave me tips, matched my skin tone (which I've never gotten correct before), and helped me purchase other products. I couldn't help myself and went back today to make some other purchases.
