Beware of this office's misleading insurance claims. They falsely claimed to accept my insurance, luring me in for a Tenjet treatment. Despite confirming insurance acceptance first by web request then twice over the phone with Valerie, upon arrival, I endured a 90-minute wait due to their inability to verify coverage. Eventually, after 5 hours of this fiasco they admitted the doctor didn't take my plan and offered cash payment. It's unclear whether their actions stem from incompetence or a more questionable motive to coax cash payments. They asked me to pay out-of-pocket, preventing me from meeting the doctor unless I signed a blank-check waiver for undisclosed fees. My day, work hours, and $60 in tolls were wasted. This office showed zero regard for its errors and lacks transparency. Wouldn't explain their mistakes. Unclear if ineptitude or manipulation. Exercise caution when considering this practice.
