Be a provider. I went to drop off labs and they told me they wouldn't take them in the bottles my primary care doctor gave me. I will NEVER recommend them or use them ever!

Every time you check in online, as per them for the purpose of waiting in your car and NOT in their tiny waiting room, they call you in and are not ready for you. You then wait in their tiny, packed, germy waiting room anyway.

Incredibly slow. I was contacted to enter after 7:00 for my 7:00 appointment (through their check in system), and I’ve been in an empty waiting room for almost 20 minutes with my baby.

The Labcorp office in Setauket N.Y is amazing. Georgia is great, she's, friendly, fast and knowledgeable. Weather I've made an appointment or just walked in I'm greated and talken care of guickly. I will only go there for my lab work.

I was third in line at 6:30AM to get labs done. I waited for over an hour. The woman took several people who arrived after me before me. Those people told me they didn't have an appointment. When I asked why she said the system makes mistakes like that. Patients time is valuable too. I will not use LabCorp again.

I went with an appointment scheduled, and there was no waiting time upon arrival. There was only 1 staff member during the morning but it was very smooth and organized. The staff member was very professional and everything went smoothly. I would recommend this location if you are in the area and need routine lab work done. There is a wheelchair accessible entrance on the side of the building but not in the front. The front has stairs. There is a bathroom inside as well.
