I am deeply disappointed by the service we received at this veterinary clinic. Despite being recommended by family, our experience was nothing short of a nightmare. According to the vet our dog needed a sonogram prior to being neutered. I took my dog in two weeks ago, unrelated to the surgery, to update his shots which at no point was there any discussion of the surgery or the sonogram ESPECIALLY the cost of it all. Throughout the entire process, there was zero transparency about costs with the tech Jay. We went ahead and scheduled the sonogram and still no disclosure about costs were mentioned. When my mother-in-law arrived at the sonogram appointment she asked what the cost of the sonogram and surgery were going to be. We decided to postpone the sonogram due to uncertainty about the costs. This decision triggered an unexpectedly hostile reaction from Jay, one of their technicians. His behavior was shocking and unprofessional. Instead of addressing our concerns calmly, he became irate and threatened us with a $175 cancellation fee, which was never mentioned beforehand. To make matters worse, he rudely instructed my mother-in-law for us not to return to the practice and he would send us the bill. This kind of treatment is utterly unacceptable, especially when dealing with beloved pets. I requested a call from the vet to clarify the situation and never received a call back. Jay falsely claimed to have discussed the costs with me during the earlier appointment which was a blatant lie. The lack of transparency, coupled with Jay's unprofessional behavior, has shattered our trust in this clinic. I would strongly advise against trusting him with the care of any animals. His conduct reflects poorly on their commitment to animal welfare and customer service. Update* received a call back from Jay 3 days later (not the doctors themselves) and he refused to put me through to speak to the doctor. He said "that's not going to happen, I'm the office manager here." I am appalled and disgusted by this situation and behavior. He took no accountability for how he treated my mother-in-law and AGAIN fabricated a conversation we never had so that he wasn't at fault for not disclosing the price of my dogs surgery. If you care about your animals I would highly suggest STAYING AWAY.

I have been coming here since Corner Animal Hospital first opened , Smokey was one of their first patients . Through the years they have saved my cats , they were exposed to a very sick kitten and had to be hydrated daily . Waldo screamed non stop upsetting the other cats so Dr Hayes and him bonded in her office during his stay there . Both of my cats were saved . My daughter brought her dog all the way from Brooklyn to be checked euring her sickness of Cushing disease , no unnecessary procedures were done on her . My mom's dog Chiquita ( of which we inherited) was kept healthy for 15 years until she passed , And finally my sweet dog Tabitha is under their care , I trust the doctors 100 % ! I also believe you have to know your pet and if something is not right request further inquiries. Dr. Lombardi and Dr Hayes are the best!!

Have been bringing my dog to this vet for over 10 years and everything was okay until recently. I would bring her in for recurring problems and they would charge me for a visit only to say nothing was wrong with her. Finally decided to switch to a new vet and get a second opinion, they did bloodwork and it came back positive for Lymes disease. I called corner animal hospital and they stated the last time she was tested was 2013 and they do not do regular testing unless symptoms are present or they feel it is necessary. We have brought her into this vet for multiple symptoms of Lymes disease in the past including limping, lack of energy, and arthritis each time never being tested. If we did not switch vets my dog would have died from complications, luckily now we can take the proper steps to ensure her recovery. Negligent veterinary hospital, if you love your furry friend and want to ensure a long life with PROPER care do not bring them here.

I go to this office to do their ultrasounds and they are amazing! They really care about what they do and are extremely thorough! The staff is very fun and friendly. I would absolutely recommend them to care for your fur babies!

We are beyond grateful and thankful to corner animal hospital. My two year old lab swallowed pieces of a nylon bone toy which caused a whole in her stomach. Her entire abdomen was filled with a ton of fluid and rice she had eaten. She almost died. We were told that the surgery was high risk due to her having knee surgery the week prior. Dr. Hayes and Dr. Reed and Jay never gave up on her. She's alive thanks to their hard work. This animal hospital really cares for your pets. We highly recommend this team of vets.

Thank you for saving my dogs life. He would not be with us if it wasn't for you. We are very grateful. The doctors are attentive, follow up and communicate well. I wish they can be my primary docs lol. Amazing staff.
