This company is a joke. They think the customers are all stupid. You call with a comment and they say the same stupid answer, someone from corp will get back to you.
They never ever do. It is easier to just lie than to tell the truth. I give you 5 stars for the way you lie. Here is an idea,TELL THE TRUTH JUST ONCE, it has been known to work. Much better than you do

This company is a joke. They don't care about handicapped customers. I have been having problems for 16 weeks. They don't care. They lie, and don't care. Don't shop there.

This is the best BJ’s on Longisland. I go here every 2 weeks, the staff are very helpful even the nice people in membership! Normally the people are rude. All of them in this location are very nice and helpful.

My wife needed Roasted Turkey to be sliced . Was completely ignored by the attendant. Even though she was slicing cheese and could hear her clearly. After 5 minutes of trying to get her attention and feeling ignored, she left. We're going to do our meat dept shopping at Meat Farm only from now on.

This East Setauket Store has terrible management and it shows in the attitude of its employees. On a recent visit 3/14/24 there was only one cashier and the line was wrapping around to the self checkout area. The employees were saying that they were sorry but that management won't hire anybody to fill the positions. (won't hire is different from can't hire). Infers he is trying to protect his bonus. While I was waiting to pay Fayed the Store Manager walked out looking the other way from the long line waiting to pay. Apparently he cut the second cashier moments earlier and walked out of the store leaving his staff to take the heat for his mismanagement. Having worked in Retail Big Box stores, it seems the Manager should have jumped on a register to ease the line. I have been a member since the store opened back in 1996. I have noticed many other negative reviews about this East Setauket Store. So apparently Corp Management and Divisional Management just don't care to correct the situation.

Love the store and it’s always clean but every time I’m there I swear there’s never any food demo’d going on and that’s something that as a big wholesale store you’d expect.

BJ's Wholesale Club: Warehouse Wonderland for Big Families and Big SaversIf you're a fan of Costco, buckle up because BJ's Wholesale Club is about to rock your warehouse-loving world. Similar in scale and selection to its well-known competitor, BJ's offers a mammoth shopping experience bursting with deals, perfect for families and anyone who loves to stock up on everything from groceries to electronics. Here's what you can expect at BJ's:Warehouse vibes: Prepare to be wowed by the sheer size of the place. BJ's is a sprawling labyrinth of aisles, stacked high with pallets of goodies just waiting to be discovered. Think industrial chic meets bargain hunter's paradise.Mega-selection: You name it. BJ's probably has it. From household essentials and groceries to clothing, electronics, and even furniture, the variety is truly impressive. Plus, they carry a good mix of national brands and their own private label products, often at lower prices.Family-friendly focus: Big families rejoice! BJ's caters to your needs with bulk packages, family-sized portions, and plenty of kid-friendly snacks and toys. Plus, their membership deals often include family passes, making it an even more budget-friendly option.Savings galore: The magic of BJ's lies in its wholesale pricing. Buying in bulk can save you serious cash, especially on household staples and non-perishables. Plus, they have regular coupons and promotions that can further sweeten the deal.Of course, no warehouse experience is perfect. Here are a few things to keep in mind:Membership required: Unlike some other stores, BJ's requires a paid membership to shop. Consider your shopping habits and family size before taking the plunge.Bulk can be overwhelming: Buying in bulk is great for savings, but it can also lead to impulse purchases and wasted food if you're not careful. Plan your shopping list and stick to it!Prepare for the crowds: BJ's can get busy, especially on weekends. Be prepared for longer checkout lines and some navigating through shopping cart traffic.Overall, BJ's Wholesale Club is a fantastic option for families and anyone who loves to score big savings on a wide variety of products. Just be mindful of the membership fee and the potential for overbuying, and you're sure to have a treasure-hunting adventure that leaves your wallet happy and your pantry stocked.Rating: 4.5 out of 5 stars (minus 0.5 for the membership requirement and potential crowds)I hope this review gives you a good sense of what BJ's Wholesale Club is all about. Happy shopping!

Went there Saturday 1/6 and purchased a toy for my kid, I returned to do my regular shopping (BJ's is our normal Saturday's go to for weekly groceries) on Saturday 1/13 and found the same toy to be on sale for $8 less than what I paid for it. I asked the manager if they honor price difference to which she said yes but I needed to have the original receipt. I have done multiple returns prior using the BJ's app which shows everything i purchase and price paid- I showed her the app and records which show I purchased the product. I was told it cannot be processed without the paper receipt. BJ's get it together, I can do everything on the app but all Of a sudden I need the printed receipt. I think this is something you guys need to fix on your end. I'm also a member of Costco (nearby) and they honor the price difference simply by looking up my account. let's get it together.

Our curbside service was great today. Unfortunately I forgot the name of the lovely lady who not only bought out our TV but helped me figure out why I couldn't check in. I hope she has the best Christmas!
