If I could give this place zero stars I would. I was directed here by my doctor to fill a prescription related to my pregnancy. The first thing they did was charge me my copay over the phone, AFTER which they told me it would take days to fill this very important prescription. On the day in question I called back and they told me it wasn't ready and they would call me back. Shockingly no one ever called me with an update and when I called back I was informed the pharmacist would not be in until the following week and she could give a better estimate as to when it would be ready. Keep in mind this is for a time sensitive and necessary medication for my pregnancy. Customer service is HORRIBLE and now i understand why the first thing they did was take my money over the phone. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE

Horrible service. Paid $275 for the cheapest generic form which shows in their record makes my daughter sicker! Our normal cost is between $2 and $4!! Our regular pharmacy did not have the med in stock. I will never go there again!

Their phone system is unreliable. They don’t have adequate computer databases to look through so they flip through catalogs like it’s the 80s and therefore you get to wait lots and lots of minutes. Don’t go there for circaid juxtafits or juxtalites; they can only order another brand that is twice the price. They don’t have a lot in the store but there is another medical supply place that is much bigger down 347 in mount sinai.The only bright side is the pharmacist, who isn’t the owner pharmacist, — she has empathy.

Bellemeade pharmacy in setauket is horrible, not a realiable place . Manager never in, the one girl who works there one with orange hair very unprofessional and place very dirty . Dan hires pharmacy tech with no licence,

I signed up for COVID-19 vaccine for 65+, was accepted and half-day later received rejection - this is looking like a crooked place giving vaccines only for selected group of people and rejecting eligible people left and right. Insane!

If you want a personal touch pharmacy Belle Mead Pharmacy is the place. They are very helpful and understanding.And you can call them and NOT wait 10 minutes for someone to get on the phone to answer a question.

Customer service incredible. Pharmacist went out of his way to provide medication delivery outside of the delivery area on a day when the pharmacy is normally closed.

After years of business they started to charge more than my copay for scripts. Here I am thinking I am helping keep local small businesses open and they tell me it's beccsyse they aren't a big box pharmacy! That is illegal for genetic scripts and probably for any script. Don't waste your time use Walgreens!

Thank you for taking care of me and sending my medications so fast, and that to on a Saturday even though you are closed on Saturdays. Everyone is very nice and the lady pharmacist is so good to me. Bless you.
