The guy at night is always on his cell phone and never says hello or greet you when you walk up to the register and ignores you when you say hello also, doesn't let you use your discount when it pops up rude as hell

It was yesterday night I try to buy some lottery. So I went in with my friend bought one lottery ticket, it end up I didn’t win. So I came to this guy bought another one, it end up I didn’t win anything. And the third time when I try to buy he told me I can’t do that, I’m like what do you mean, so he says I can’t buy one lottery tickets at a time. So I’m confused I say why? Is there a law says I can’t do that. And he say is the 7-11 law. And I laughed because I buy lottery at 7-11 so many times it never happens.So I try to argue that I’m using my money to lottery I buy however I want i can spend $10 or $1 at a time u have no control of my money. And then because I talk back to him so he kick me out of the store. I’m speechless and wordless. Who hired this guy? He cant do any customer service.
