I just left Steve Shannon Tire and Auto in Seneca Falls. I had an annoying rattling in my car and expected the fix to cost a couple of hundred dollars at least. When I arrived to pick it up my charge was $0.00. They said it was a quick and simple fix and refused to let me pay for even the time they spent. It was a very pleasant surprise.
