While on a trip to the Finger Lakes this week, my oil and filter maintenance warning sign came on in my car. I called Stevers Garage in the early morning and they got us in for later morning appointment, which also allowed us to see the local museums and historical sites of Seneca Falls. Excellent service and reasonably priced. And, on top of that, I get to say my car was serviced by the Bedford Falls garage!!

Tim and Stever's towing were a lifesaver today 5 in the afternoon on a Sunday and Father's Day nonetheless and Tim arrived within 15 minutes of a AAA phone call to my dead Harley. Had me running and heading back home faster than I ever expected. Polite, efficient and a true pleasure to work with. Can't thank him/them enough.

Had my car stuck in my back yard trying to get my mower out of mud !! Was very upset ! I called AAA Stevers came and Tim was wonderful!! Got me and my mower out!! Do grateful for AAA and Stevers !! Thank you so much

Friendly service. Lacking common knowledge. Please do some of your own research before bringing your vehicle here. Had my car towed here because it was leaking gas under the hood clearly squirting out of the fuel line leading to the fuel pump. I even mentioned multiple times that I believed it was the line going to the fuel pump that’s the problem. They insisted that it was the actual fuel pump that was the problem. Also that it was a $900 part that wouldn’t be in till the following week. Couldn’t imagine how much it would have cost me after labor. Thankfully, I did 10 minutes of my own research using YouTube and found the fix to be a $48 fuel line, as I thought. Thank god I did not have them repair my vehicle. Super easy fix. Saved myself atleast $1000. Just insane to me that these “mechanics” couldn’t figure that out. Only reason they get 1 star is because the guy at the front desk was friendly and they didn’t charge me a diagnosis fee.

Chris Knapp diagnosed in 30 min what james cars service dept couldnt in two visits , Chris removed and replaced my motor with a new one in less than a week , great service, and my car runs better than new and a very fair price for the work done !
