This is probably the WORST customer service I have ever received in my entire life. Called Mary multiple times to rent a unit. At first she was very pleasant and helpful, but then she no call no showed me TWICE, even when I spoke with her the DAY of the appointment that SHE made. I was more than willing to work around her schedule for a storage unit. Absolutely terrible way to run a business and I hope they have someone else working there with a little more sense... don't call here unless you want your time wasted

My belongings have been out of storage for 2 months and Mary is still running my credit card for payment. When you call her she never seems to be in the office. She over drafted my account today, good thing I happened to check.

Not the greatest place to go, when it was time for us to pay she continued to say she was out of town so we had to pay a late fee every time not to mention we told her there were mice in the storage unit and she said she would put traps down, never did. Our stuff was damaged from moisture and had mold on it all. So if you want your stuff to get ruined and want to get charged late fees and get ripped off then come here but if not I would stay right away from here.

Made an appointment to view a unit for immediate rental if it was the right size. Arrived, waited 20-30 minutes for a woman who scheduled the appointment. She didn't show up. We called the office several times to inquire to see if they were on their way /running late. No show & no answer. Proceeded to rent with a different storage company less than an hour later. Good thing other companies nearby are professional and ready to do business.
