Nice they ask low income people to give them 40.00 to tell you that you don't make enough money to live there.what a scam.

The lady that works in the office was very friendly and helpful. It looks like it would be a very nice place to live.

Haven't been at the hotel.Just took my grandkids across the street to the huge playground /baseball/volleyball and football grounds. Very nice place to take your kids too all year round.

The complex WAS a decent place to live. But as the years went by, the lack of enforcement of rules, special treatment within the manager's circle of friends, fist fights between past maintenance personnel, drug activity, handicap parking/dog feces cleanup not being enforced, manager makes out with the maintenance guy (not her husband), allowing vehicles/motorcycles to park and drive onto the sidewalks and lawn, many, many feral cats, flea infestations in the lawn, laundry room being filthy, tenants that have aggressive dogs (and people have been bitten) only get off with a warning...the list goes on. There are several tenants that leave their back entrances as a pig sty so the philosophy must now be "as long as the front looks good..." There have been a few good things; security cameras at the office/garage, dead trees removed, paint touch-ups, lawn crew they hire does a pretty good job and the college tenants are much better than the adult tenants (most are dead beats)
