I received a very confusing price win paper by mail about scratch N win, and apparently I won 5k, but I go claim the price, it's fake. I needed to have a winner pin code matching a hidden board in order to win any of the prices posted on the paper sent to me by mail. What's the purpose of scratching something that's not real?
