I read these few reviews and I know these people. I believe the owners of this gym do everything possible to correct A/C issues and or Heat issues and also equipment issues. The contractors they hire to do the work are constantly not showing up, not returning phone calls, saying the parts are being shipped from "wherever" and will be here "sometime soon" etc. The owners have contacted quite a few different contractors with relatively the same results. I am having similar issues with the businesses that I take care of. It is very hard to get a contractor to come out as they (the contractors) are also struggling to keep help. It seems that after covid it is hard for a lot of us to find employees/help. I do have one contractor that works with us and he is great - yet I have him so busy I am afraid to contact him with yet another issue (LOL). Not sure what will turn this around. I am hoping things change quickly yet I don't see that happening any time soon. For instance I have a plumbing issue in one building and the plumber just lost two of his helpers and is currently searching for someone to work with him. Crazy times we are in for sure. Another building I tried to get an electrician to come out and do a small job - nope - called 7 electricians!!!!... everyone too busy or job too small or cannot find help and they have a back log. All I can say is we all need to have patience and have some faith that the owners of these facilities really are trying their best. They need our support. The person that had the gym before seems to have left these issues for the new owners to deal with. Give it some time. They do care.

I just wanted to leave a review as I noticed there are not many recent ones available for this gym, and I have not been happy with my membership here for quite some time now. The ownership changed in the last 2 ish years. The most recent review left for this business was one month ago by "swamp ash" and I just wanted to say I COMPLETELY AGREE with their review so definitly check that out! Management is unhelpful and obiously uncaring about their customers or facility. printed signed left in the gym indiciated a/c would be fixed in a timely fashion. WEEKS went by and it NEVER was... pretty sure they decided to just wait until the weather cooled off so that they wouldnt have to fix it while it was still warm out. When I contacted the gym owner asking for an extension on my membership or some form of refund as the gym was so uncomfortable I was unable to use the facilities for the entire month they told me they would not provide me with any type of compensation and that the ac issues were not their fault. I never indicated the a/c was their fault just that I felt as a paying customer who committed to A YEAR of service with them they would of been more accomodating and open in communicating with their customer base. No email was ever sent out no communication at all about the A/C went out to memebers nor any type of reimbursement due to the INSANE wait time to be able to work out in a comfortable environment. Just very disappointed with the owners of this place and how they chose to handle issues in their business, especially with a committed paying customer who wasnt asking for much, just a simple month extention or SOMETHING offered due to my inconvienece and loyalty to their business. but NOPE. Money hungry it seems to me. We are all struggling out here, but its not ok to continue to collect a membership fee from people who committed to your business at a certain standard of cleaniniess/ comfortability in the environment and you were unable to provide that for an extended period of time. Just sad. I could upload a photo of our conversation but I wont embarass the owners like that. Just beware of committing to this gym because if anything breaks down its not their problem, its yours really! I didnt go to the gym for 6 weeks after this because I was so discouraged by the environment and response by the owners to my concerns. Will not be renewing my contract when it ends in a couple months!

Pre covid the gym was fantastic. Great community, atmosphere, everything was clean. With the state it's in its miserable. 99% of the time its hotter and stickier than the air outside, with blatant lies about the a/c being fixed so get people stuck in their membership. Half of the treadmills can't run non-manual programs; one is stuck permanently at a downhill incline. Only one of the bikes functions properly. The equipment was packed in so tight you can't walk around them and touch other people when working out. The people are rude and hog equipment for hours at a time, often not even wiping things down. Most of the equipment has a dark brown film that rubs into your skin. The humidity has been a breeding ground for bugs. All around a very gross and uncomfortable place to be. I wouldn't recommend to my enemies.

Asked to sign up for 3 months. The contract auto billed me every 3 months… cancelled after I was charged a second 3 months as I had moved out of the state. Then was charged again randomly 6 months later. Previous owner was respectful, replied in a reasonable time, and knew how to operate a business. New management ~1 year will bill you months after you cancel. Monitor your bank accounts closely! Gym equipment is OKAY. 24 hours is nice.

Convenient for 24 hour access... cybex, nautilus and free weight equipment little dated but functional and gets the job done.Will re-evaluate in a few weeks. Stay tuned.

I love that you can go 24/7 there is plenty of machines and dumbbells. There is no un assisted bench press. I feel that has to do with no supervision in the building so you don't hurt yourself. The owners are good people and come in and work out like they are normal people and the take good care of the place. The price is decent, some my think it's on the higher side but you get 24/7 access and all Holliday's. It's worth the price to not be in a crowded gym. TV's or on the walls in front of the cardio machine's and WiFi you can hook up to.
