Wally's Ford was very helpful in securing my vehicle, accommodating my visit from out of state, and great at giving me access to look over the vehicle. The staff from service, sales, and even the GM were amazing to work with. I would recommend getting your vehicle here!

The Service at Wally's Ford had to be one of the most Professional and Customer Service oriented business that I have experienced in a very, very long time. Most businesses in today's society tend to let you down for one reason or another but, my experience at Wally's couldn't of been better. Special mention for (Josh) at the service desk who excelled in Customer Service. Additionally, the technicians performed top rated service on my vehicle. I will definitely be using Wally's for all of my future service needs, along with taking my wife's vehicle there for any services. Thank you very, very much for employing such professional's in your dealership.

Stopped in to look at the Bronco Sport and the Maverick, got sat down by Bill. He took our information (including social), said he would be right with us and that he had a delivery. Then he proceeded to ignored us for 45 minutes until we got up and left at their closing time. The least he could have done was pull the car up for us to look at while we waited. Won't be back.

I went in and gave specifics about a car I wanted, waited a month with no response. Went in again and did the same thing with a second person. Haven't heard from them either after another whole month. If you're not spending over 30k, they don't care about you

Overall good experience with sales and service. Everyone I dealt with was pleasant and willing to answer any question I had. The only thing I would have liked to have seen done better was the detailing of the vehicle especially since it was new.

The worst dealer experience ever. Had an emergency situation with my vehicle, pulled in to ask for help, and was refused service at the door. Told me they would not see the vehicle, could not help me in any way, and offered zero solutions. Keep driving to Friendly Ford of Geneva and save yourself the headache of having to deal with this service center.
