Bought a altima that after a few days it would randomly shut off when slowing down or stopped. Refused my refund and "tried to fix it". Never fixed it a bit. Claimed they tried but because the car just shuts off and no code is shown they didn't know what to do. Very rude to me and when I asked to return the car after 3 days and the issues they were extremely rude. Told me they do sell used cars not new. A car I just bought for overpriced shouldn't of had a permanent shut off problem randomly . Still remains a problem with the car years later and I've tried fixing it with a new starter and a ton of stuff. I wouldn't buy from them . Don't trust them commenting on the reviews saying we're lieng. I can specifically prove my review is 100 percent truthful as I'm sure a majority of the one star reviews can.

You can comment on my wife's review all you would like. It will not change the fact you guys are a sucky business. Not only was my daughter forced into buying a car from you and please don't say she wasn't because a person who does business right would have refunded her deposit. You guys claimed to inspect the car and put an inspection sticker on it. She realized half way home the headlight was out. Today she learned the wire that goes to the headlight was completely melted. But you inspected it? You can claim you have won two cases in court because you think that will scare your customers away from going. Not me. . anyone knows that when you own a business it's always customers first not yourself. You as a said owner should have done the right thing. And what was the purpose of you having her fill out a financial sheet after you took a down payment ? Explain that in your comment please cause we know you got something snotty to say. She did call to let you know so stop your lying. Her trusted mechanic has a list of things that will be brought in with the car Monday. See you then?

This place is absolutely horrible!! And like all the others said they get rude and hang up on you. They took a $2500 down payment from my daughter for a car and when my daughter decided the car wouldn't work for her she asked for the deposit back and they told her no. Told her cops won't do nothing take them to court and they will win. Had my daughter go home do the insurance and fill out a financial application after taking the deposit. One hour after picking up the car we realized a headlight was out yet they just inspected it so they say.. this ain't over and beforw you comment that'm not a customer of yours i will say im not. But unfortunately you forced my daughter to be one against her will!! Never go here!!

Worst experience with this company. They had possession of my camper and while it was in their possession, someone had messed with the locks on 2 of the doors. I tried to talk to Sara and she wanted to be snappy & short and said its impossible that anyone touched my camper. The locks were functional and had no issues when it was picked up by Eagle Auto, I was reassured many times that there would be no issue. On Saturday when I went to pick up my equipment the locks on the doors were tampered with and the key would no longer go into the door. I was promptly hung up on and can no longer talk to anyone at Eagle Auto.

Omg. Such a wonderful experience. They were so friendly and helpful and went way above and beyond any expectations I had. They were recommended to me by one of their family members and she said nothing but good things. But when it came down to it! WOW! I crashed my car and Eagle picked it up, then without saying it’s okay or notifying me whatsoever, they let insurance pick up my car. So I called and asked about it and they said it’s not their problem and hung up. Now I have to figure out how to get my stuff back, please never do business with these people they’re awful

Sells cars with serious problems. Then they didn’t even actually do anything to solve the issue after it was brought back in to be fixed, and proceeded to shame the customer for being upset about it. And the owners daughter Sara is unprofessional and rude. Read other comments it sounds like this is common for them to sell lemons and treat their customers poorly. Steer clear of this place!!!

The worst customer service I’ve ever seen from anyone. Shaming your customers is crazy. This place made me uncomfortable, selling me a car that was broken and blaming me for it basically. Don’t go here, save yourself your money and giving these pos any time of your day.
