Definitely don’t recommend. Didn’t disclose car issues/defects, make sure you check vehicles over before purchase from here. Also zero help in getting warranty work done. They only care about making their money. High alert when doing business with this dealership. Expect Tim Ritter to make an attack on my character in defense/response to this honest review. Just read the rest of the reviews!

Very good experience, thanks to Tim Ritter and Zach for the seamless experience and support, time to get me in and out in the same day! However, if they’re leaving and signing all the paperwork, the radio did not work very frustrating. Very bad from Chevy factory radio back order for two months absolutely ridiculous. I can’t even enjoy the vehicle or the features of the new vehicle! No back up camera or trailer adjustment, on star is disabled! Very dangerous and inconvenient to say the least I would wonder why Chevy would sell a vehicle like that with no radio, or even let it leave the lot however, this was discovered after everything was sudden and done, and the other truck was turned in

What you see is not what you get. My wife and I traveled over an hour to get there, only to discover that the vehicle we were interested in had 20% more miles than advertised on their website. We decided to purchase it anyway, but they tried to charge us 27% more than what their own price calculator said the final price should be, and more than 40% more than the initial advertised price! I don't know if it was intentional or incompetence, but they wasted over 3 hours of our time! AVOID!

I began shopping for a truck 4 months ago and Zach was there for my initial visit and test drive. After visiting multiple dealerships, I returned to Cram Chevrolet because of Zach even though the dealership is a 1-hour drive for me. He placed my order and delivered a beautiful truck; exactly as I'd requested! He was able to help me stay within the price and trade possibilities that we originally talked about. Love the truck!!! Would recommend Zach to anyone looking to buy a vehicle without being pestered or pressured.
