Never a problem in 5 years. Rent does go up sometimes but not at every renewal. Jude has been great whenever I have called always courteous and right on what ever issue I have. Been very happy only complaint is you can't choose who lives above you. But that is a chance you take when your on the bottom floor. I recommend Barrington apartments.

I have enjoyed living here. I have had no problems with repairs or anything else. The staff anticipate and proactively deal with any problems or repairs.

Animal friendly, safe environment and they very helpful if you have any questions. There are really good if any maintenance that needs to be done.

Like the other reviews say, the leasing agent has way too many things to do and is uninterested unless you want to give them money in some way.I had to ASK for my lease renewal one week into the final month of my lease. When I received it my rent was raised $45 a month. I inquired about the raise in price and was told that I moved in on a special rate, even though the lease has a separate spot for discount / market special and nothing was written in that section. The lease requires me to give 60 days notice to move out without forfeiting security deposit and facing other fees. The main office said they would waive the forfeiture of the deposit if I gave 30 days notice, but “sorry” about the price and not getting my new lease when I should have.Absolutely terrible way to do business and take care of the people living in your establishments.

This place is amazingly clean and up to date . The management is always willing to help when there is an issue and is very respectful and professional. Very quite and peaceful community and definitely an awesome place to live. Reading other negative reviews about Barrington Apartments are not accurate and 9 times out of 10 it was the Tenants attitude not working with the manager who has helped me numerous times at his own expense. Overall a great place to live!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Maintnance is great! Apartments are large and well insulated. Great location litterally on the edge of town.

My experience with barrington Residential since ive been here is great i love it here very friendly ppl and naturistic view ..i encountered a couple issues but they have been resolved....the maintenance and office manager are very nice and helpful.

Terrible management group. Beware NYCC students: if you are sent to Buffalo or Levittown for clinicals and are still on a lease with them, you will NOT get your security deposit back. When we inquired about the process for getting a subleaser, the office manager informed us our apartment had already been leased And didn't need to find anyone. When I called their office about 2 months later after not receiving a check, she told me because we broke our lease, they keep the deposit. They take advantage of students. It's a shame too because we did like the apartment. Maintenance guy was so shady and it took so long to get anything fixed. I definitely do not recommend, especially students!!

My experience with Barrington has been horrible. Jude is robbing students with their deposits. He doesn't pick up calls unless you are calling him to acquire for new apartment. He will find ways to keep your deposits. Dont trust Jude. Ask around many students will confirm about him. He should be embarrassed about hos actions.
