Hours: Rental fee- $4200. Includes tables and chairs up to 144 guests. Maximum indoor seated- 220 Ceremony on site- included We have 100 white wooden chairs that are included. Ceremony indoors 130 max seated outdoors 220. No minimum for catering. As we are Venue only. You have access the day before and after as well. For set up and pick up. Most weddings have a 5 hour event with the caterer. No additional charge for ceremony on site. We work with the top caterers in the northeast and would be happy to with others.
