They were the movers from hell. Showed up two days early and then said they couldn’t move us because the the truck they had rented was too small.

It's been a few years since I used them but when I did, knowing now what I do, would rather have paid all the extra $$ I had to go elsewhere. You get what you pay for. They were cheaper than the rest of the companies; I paid cash to be cheaper too so contract was ripped up afterwards. I feel they took advantage of a single girl who didn't know any better. Broke an entire tote of triple wrapped china that's been in family for 3 generations (like literally tossed it off the truck to the ground). It only appeared to have broken top pieces initially but only 3 cups survived. They rushed so much probably so I wouldn't realize all the stuff they broke. One guy kept talking about this one customer tipped them each $1000. Is $3000 TIP standard for 2 bedroom apartment? I don't think so. I've always rallied up friends for moves but this time I just wanted it done professionally. That's not what I got.

Always wonderful every year for past 30 years but two years ago he charged me I feel, way too much for a three hr and only 9 mile away move;(
