trying to get medication. up front picked up transferred me to pharmacy who let me ring out till it hung up. they are constantly understaffed

Pharmacy has loud tall older white gentleman in lab coat loudly watching comedic videos on his cell phone and asking staff behind pharmacy counter in blue scrubs to watch with him while line forms. Website allowed scheduling of appointment for a vaccine they did not have. Waste of time. Irritating staff.

Pharmacy never helps always gives run around. They also never answer phone and horrible customer service
