Today's visit to the post office left me seething with frustration. Despite arriving half an hour before my appointment, the woman behind the counter was dismissive and abrupt, insisting that she had already processed two passports for the day and couldn't assist me. Her lack of empathy and adherence to some arbitrary quota left me feeling utterly disrespected and inconvenienced. It's appalling that such bureaucratic nonsense takes precedence over providing basic customer service.

My wife and I normally like this post office. Chris is absolutely awesome! He is friendly and efficient.
HOWEVER!!!! Today I was blown away by the service we received from Tom. I did not mind that he was unfriendly but when he finished, he told me the price without asking if I needed anything else. (I’m surprised because they always offer you stamps. lol)
I paid and said “I also need a book of stamps please.”
Tom says “One transaction per customer, you need to go to the end of the line.”
I laughed because I literally thought that he was joking. He was not joking!

Worst customer service. Michael was incredibly unpleasant to work with and made it very apparent. He at one point mumbled something under his breath and said “why are you even arguing with me” and “do you even have an appointment”. I asked for their manager and Valerie comes out yelling “whatever he says goes”. Very unprofessional work environment.

Worst customer service I have ever seen. Employees were cursing us out, refused to accept package and told us to leave and they would file restraining order all because they won't accept a simple package. Boycott this location as they discriminate against people often

I DON'T LIKE THIS POST OFFICE I'VE BEEN DEALING WITH THE SAME ISSUE FOR OVER A YEAR NOW!!! IT'S RIDICULOUS I LIVE AT FAIRFIELDS AND THEY KEEP LEAVING OTHER PEOPLES MAIL THAT USE TO LIVE THERE BEFORE ME. I CALL AND CALL THEY SAY THEY TALK TO THE MAIL MAN. I'VE SPOKEN TO HIM ON A NUMEROUS OCCASIONS EVEN HAVE A NOTE ABOVE MY MAILBOX!!!!! I DON'T GET WHY PEOPLE DON'T CHANGE THERE ADDRESS ONCE THEY MOVE. IT'S ANNOYING....GET IT TOGETHER!!!..

Lines always out the door, Poor attitudes from the people behind the counter, they seem like they hate life itself, I’ll stick to the Farmingville location as Andy is a real human unlike the NPC’s at this place. ( Tom talks like an actual bot)

It has been three weeks after I registered and paid for a shipment to an address (I was specific on the location with the apartment number)...I am still waiting for the product to be delivered. After being informed that my box was at the post office where I shipped from, I went there today and was startled when I spoke with a guy there. He did not give me any information on the location of my shipment, which was unhelpful. I don't care if my package wasn't delivered as long as I get it back and can FedEx it to its destination.I would have been glad if they gave me my package(that has been in transit for almost two weeks)...but no ...I don't have that package yet and more over it was a mistake on their path for not putting the right address on my package.This place is a waste of time!
