This was my go to store until today. I had an Amazon package to send back. The guy at the counter literally stood in front of me and broke my box then tells me it’s going to cost ME $24 and some change for them to package it?! Who DOES that? Needless to say, I snatched the item and my broken box and walked out. Never again. Smh!

They had my business, staff pleasant, until one day I had an Amazon return where I was unaware I had to print label and tape on. This location wanted to charge me 5 bucks to print it. I will drive 10 extra miles if I had to just to not deal with a store who takes advantage. $5 is taking advantage. And if this is wrong, you can thank the emo girl for this review. However after leaving this review I seen someone else leave a review about $5 charge for printing a label. Your response is high quality material. Oh please, paper is paper.

These people wanted to charge me $30 to package a small box of lights! Everytime I go here they want me to package my Amazon orders when Amazon says I don't have to. They are a bunch of Scammers!!!!! Be aware!!!!!

Out of all the UPS stores and experiences I have had in my life, this was the most irritating and horrible experience. The assistant manager had every single opportunity to do the right thing, or reach out to her manager. She knew this review was coming, and didn't care enough to prevent it. Long story short, they want to charge me $200 more than every other UPS store in the country. I'm driving to another store. This one is a failure.Update: went to another UPS store who shipped my package fully insured without incident. I confirmed Selden gave me bad information, and wasted my time. Also, something that is very disturbing is that the quote from Selden was $50 higher than the next store. Don't let them rip you off. You have been warned!!

You're better off driving to any other UPS storebthab this one. They dont know what they are doing, and want to charge me $200 to box something that is packaged the way it arrived from UPS a couple weeks ago. Received zero assistance from the ssistant manager, even though she was well aware I was leaving this review. Worst UPS experience in my life. Go somewhere else. Save your $$..

Terrible customer service. Mocked me for not having a label even though the company said UPS would scan the QR code. Managment should train their employees how to be compassionate not rude!

Broken fan cost $10, to return it using a ups box is $20, plus $5 to print a return label .How is this legal? UPS is the worst and to think I almost thought about investing with them.

Guy took shipping label off my Amazon return box and would not except the return..
