“It's rare that I write reviews but I really feel this place deserves one. I am getting married in now less than a week. I came to this place with such a small time frame in desperate need of finding the right place to do a print job on specific apparel that I wanted for my best men. It was a very specific, detailed job consisting of multiple japanese animation pics and wording. I didn't think I would have much luck but after reaching out to Carlos and his wife, we made a plan to try and get it done within a week which is a very small window considering all the work that would have to be done. Carlos was not only very professional, but he was very honest, courteous and very kind throughout the whole process. He wasn't just trying to sell something, he was trying to give his best professional opinion and made sure I was happy with my purchase. His wife also sent me over some mock up designs with her own little touch that made the design even better than I had asked for. Carlos and his wife provided me the best version of my order and not only was it made on time- it EXCEEDED my expectations. Beyond happy with this place and definitely recommend to anyone trying to get a custom print job. Thank you guys again!!!”

Since I've worked in the printing industry I'm familiar with certain aspects of the manufacturing/ production end of the business. Chris and I discussed my goal ( regarding my print project) and although it wasn't a good fit for this shop, he tried to do what he could to make me happy. We discussed alternate methods and tried to find a way to produce a quality product that would suit my needs. Every time I have been to this UPS store, I have witnessed his thoughtful interactions with not only myself, but all those in front of me in line. “After a rough day trying to find and use shippers at other locations, what a breath of fresh air/pleasure it was dealing with the: friendly, knowledgeable, professionals at the Sayville UPS Store! Specifically, Angela’s depth of experience really put my mind at ease as she worked through the shipping of my unusually shaped/weighted packages, destination and out of country payee of shipping fee. All handled with such enthusiasm and friendliness! As I was writing this, she even called to let me know that the packages were wrapped carefully with kid gloves and out the door faster than expected! Wow! Additionally, shout out to Collin whom I initially called there to see if they were up to the task, who was just as professional and knowledgeable, and was able to answer all my questions in a friendly/reassuring manner!
