I've been coming here for years . Prices are okay now they are under new management and the prices are crazy. I will not go back. What a shame $75 for a gel pedicure to fix 2 cracked nails they charged me $20 extra. She said $10 but when it was time to pay $20 extra. And the nails cracked a few days later anyway. I will not be going back after 5 years of a loyal customer. My last experience was my last.

I have been a patron here for 5-7 years. Their prices used to be pretty good for the work they do, but they’ve increased them dramatically with no improvement to service. I feel like every time I go in now I’m paying more than I did the last time. I had made an appointment for 10am and arrived on time but was not helped until 10:45am which was already frustrating. I was then surprised when I paid the price I did but didn’t mind so much as the nails were alright (maybe a 7/10). But then I asked her if there’s a spot on the receipt where I can tip because i used my card and didn’t have enough cash on me, and she pointed me in the direction of the ATM. No worries, I don’t mind using it and it was my fault for not bringing enough cash. However the lowest denomination to withdraw was 20 and the machine dispensed exactly one 20 dollar bill rather than a variety of smaller bills. I had no option but to tip using the 20 on an already expensive service that was mediocre. Really disappointed as I feel taken advantage of even after I excused a lot of the things that were red flags to me. I will be seeking these services elsewhere from now on.Service: Pedicure

I got my nails done and the experience was great except 5 hours later 2 of my nails were already broken off I glued them back on then the next day 2 more fell off, which shouldn’t happen. I wasn’t even being rough w them. I spent 80 dollars and within 2 days 4 of my nails snapped in half that shouldn’t and never has happened to me until I went here.

I’m going to give it a 3 for effort. I usually go to Sandra because she’s very thorough and coming from the city, my bar is set up high (my biggest thing is making sure that my nails are cleaned properly and thoroughly like cuticles etc, as well as a neat paint job). However, if I can’t get in with her because of my schedule, I’ll do Jane. The gel polishes don’t last for some reason, by the second day it chips so I’m not sure if it’s the polish that is diluted or the application.
