I will try my best to be fair, I will just tell you as it happened. I went for the oil change, I stopped car in front of the empty garage door which was opened.
He came to me and told me to the move the car, and I wanted to ask him the price quickly before I moved the car because it was my first time there.
In answer to my question about price: he said he has a car he is working on, and then he said which type of oil, and I told him I have the oil. And then he said he can’t do it. He told me to go to mavis.
It was a strange experience, his tone wasn’t the best, he was dismissive and wasn’t welcoming at all.
I just left disappointed. Maybe it he was having a bad day. But I write this for accountability. Because he had the same demeanor throughout this mini conversation we had.

Very knowledgeable and down to the point. I had a handful of issues that other mechanics did not find, but Mr. Mike found and fixed them all for a very reasonable price. If you want your car taken care of, take the time and bring it here.

I brought my car in thinking it was a bearing issue. It was really a bad rotor issue. Mike was fast to identify the problem and get the car repaired quickly. Honest conversation and really fair pricing in my opinion.

Went there for headlight bulb replacement. Four lights. Took a while. Tried to help where things are. He got jumpy. Told me if I want to do it or stay outside. What a behavior. Not going there anymore. Good luck anyone who wants to go there and waste their day.

I took my care for a leak and he said it was my radiator it was $600 and the night I picked it was still leaking but he said well I left it running for two hours and it did not leak so I tried to make an appt but he never had time so I took it to another shop today and they said that one of the tubes were loose and I have to get a new cover for my thermostat I mean this is the only car we have and I am so disappointed I mean people make mistakes I know but I just think that he should have fixed my car once I brought it back

Went there for inspection. Kept my car for few hours and calls me back saying inspection failed due to one tire which looked perfectly fine to me and wanted to charge me $85 for tire that would cost less than $50 at Walmart. Ended up paying him $40 for nothing. Anyways I went to Colombia Auto on middle country and they did the inspection and never mentioned anything about tires. Never going to this place again.

My husband went to drop off our van since it was leaking coolant and before he could even explain to the owner what was wrong he began to yell at my husband that he wasn't doing anymore cars tonight. My husband then began to tell him he could leave it and then got yelled at again saying he was too busy tomorrow and to take it to Mavis. Completely unprofessional especially since would have been our first time using this place. Honestly I wouldn't even have given it 1 star if I had the option. Can't believe this place is even in business if that's how he speaks to customers.

Dropped off my car this morning to get one of it's tires replaced. Was told that they would call me to let me know when my car was ready. Hours went by and I never heard from them, so I finally called. The manager, MIKE, picked up the phone and I began to tell him who I was. He interrupted me by asking "What do you need"? I paused because I was shocked by how rude he was.....
