Staff is great from the front desk to the lab.Dr. Crow is awesome. Every time I come in he takes the time to explain things to me. He is very knowledgeable about many different issues. The girl who took my blood today was awesome. I didn’t even feel a pinch.Thank you.

Ran out of blood pressure medicine because the office in my Sinai cannot refill a simple prescription, cvs is reaching out and they never get an answer. The staff couldn’t care less. Terrible terrible place.

They forced cov and flu ?test on me when i refused to take it and they wouldn't go over my blood work results u cant do that and plus who are they thr government.... I felt like the IRS was attacking me because i was sick with a cough shm on this rude docter she told me last time i didn't need to pick up chip docter frank such a horrible an rude nasty doctor

Everyone was nice and pleasant to work with except for the fat blonde. She was rude, impatient, and incapable of giving an answer without an attitude. I've been there 3 times, and each time, she has been nasty to me and my family. She bullies the whole office and makes guests feel uncomfortable. I can clearly tell no one likes this woman and that she is talked about behind her back. To that, I say good. This fat cow deserves it. She has no right to treat people so poorly. You aren't any better than anyone around you, and the fact she doesn't see that makes her a loser. She is not going anywhere in life, and she's never going to be happy. I'm annoyed I even had to deal with her.The next time I go back, I'll take photos of the woman and plaster them all over my post.

Saw Dr. Rivera- Couts. Very pleased with level of care. Wait time was minimal, staff were helpful and polite, office was clean.

Great Dr. my primary is awesome. The staff on the other hand is horrible. I wish my dr had better staff. I’m going to find another primary. Save yourself a lot of headache and not come here

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! This office is looking to scam you at all costs. I am a healthy man with no history of illness. I went for a annual check up ( As I have previously, not this location) and Dr. Frank decided that I needed about $600 in unnecessary tests. This money grab of a decision changed my yearly checkup from being covered fully to leaving me with a bill that wasn’t covered by insurance. This place will order frivolous tests and procedures without your consent and with the intent of making money off you. BEWARE!!! Unless you like being charged and tested unnecessarily.

The Nurse, PA and receptionist were very nice. Dr Tabershaw on the other hand was very nasty, condensending and put down several of my doctors. One of who is very well regarded. I had heard this about his reputation, upon meeting him he far exceeded his reputation. I went to a new doctor with a 5 star rating and it was night and day. The level of respect I received was refreshing.

First time coming back since it was medical associates ( the office manager and front desk made me never want to return ) since a new office manager they seem a bit more together it makes the drs look horrible when the front desk is awful I saw Dr corin on my first time back who was great ! Keep up the good changes I look forward to less wait times( the ONLY reason I didn’t give it 5 stars ⭐️ ) very long wait other than that looking forward to my next office visit ? I NEVER thought I would come back all because the front desk and office manager all the drs previously were excellent and dr corin seemed awesome I’m sure glad I gave it a second chance years later ?

I used to love coming here and all the devices were very convenient. Ever since the switch to Summit Health, all I get are long wait times and bills, bills, and more bills for covered services. The billing department is filled with incompetent individuals who do not know how to assist anyone. Cancelling future appointments and looking elsewhere.

This is not a medical consortium; it's a factory: patients packed wall to wall, wrong charts, incorrect labs ordered, absentee doctors, and refilling the most common unscheduled substances is an ordeal. Found much betterment care for my elderly father-in-law.

This my first visit here. I was more than happy with everything. The nurse who took care of me was amazing (I can’t remember her name but it started with an A). Corin Newman was my PA. She was amazing. She listened to me and my concerns and was very kind. Definitely recommend.

Every time you call for whatever reason, they put you on a 10 minute hold for no reason. When I go into the office I also notice they do this even though they are not busy.The doctors are good and attentive. They will call you in for a visit every time you need a referral.

Every single appointment we've had here we wait at minimum 45 minutes past our appointment time. Right now we're currently past the 1 hour mark and still waiting. Completely unprofessional. Might as well make it walk in only seeing as appointment times don't matter.
