Decent store but checkout absolutely SUCKS. There's never enough registers open and there isn't any self checkout or express line if you're only buying a could of items. It actually deters me from shopping here as much as I would otherwise.

Spoiled dairy products:
I usually love coming here for the good dairy prices and wide variety of groceries.
Cheese sticks: I brushed it off in the summer, thinking it was a one-time occurrence, but back in August I purchased not one, but two packages of cheese sticks within three weeks of each other that didn’t taste right. I’m not sure if it was improper storage or something else. I cant verify if the package was expired at the time.
Parmesan: Just now I added Lidl Parmesan cheese to my pasta, took one bite, and immediately knew something was off. I had just purchased it a few days ago. When I checked the expiration date, it read 7/14/25.
Please get it together, guys. I’m rooting for you.

I would give zero stars if that were an option. My 70-year-old mother was waiting in line and briefly stepped away for a few seconds. When she returned, the cashier, a young girl, rudely insisted that she go to the back of the line. Making an elderly customer wait in line twice over something so minor was inconsiderate and unnecessary. Staff should be trained to show basic empathy and respect toward customers, especially seniors.

I’m giving a low score because of how inept this place is at managing their business. They don’t restock certain popular items like Brazil nuts. They don’t know how to staff register workers appropriately. I’ve never not come here and had to wait 10- 15 minutes on line. It’s always at least 10 minutes plus waiting on line to check out for me.

I bought a car battery charger from Lidl. It did not last long, well under a year and it was warrantied for 3 years. I contacted Lidl. They later sent me an email that I could get a refund at the store only if I have the receipt. I don't save the receipts. I am very unhappy with Lidl. I used to shop there weakly.

Horrible practice to shut down a business for remodelling on a Friday. Like what y'all smoking.

Best fresh bread bakery. Great place to buy your basics and vegetables without overpaying. My only disappointment is the meat. It just doesn’t taste right.

As a mother who often shops at stores like this with my own children, I felt very uncomfortable witnessing how another family was treated during their visit.
It was a family with two parents and two children. One of the little ones, as children often do, had picked up a few items they didn’t intend to buy. When they reached the checkout, the parents returned the items, but the cashier reacted with visible frustration and a lack of professionalism, as if the family had done something wrong.
I found the attitude unnecessarily harsh. Instead of handling the situation with understanding, the cashier showed no empathy. Another employee nearby didn’t step in or offer any support either.
I’ve seen similar situations in other stores, and staff usually understand that children sometimes grab things out of curiosity. Some have even thanked me when my child stops doing it because I’ve been teaching him. But what I saw today was the opposite—a family treated coldly and without respect.
I won’t be returning to this store. They seem overly strict with their customers and lack the human touch that people expect. I hope management reflects on this and takes action. Respect and empathy should be essential parts of customer service, especially when dealing with families.

I went to the one in Huntington. I will never go again. I was at the self cashier, and an employee decided he was going to mock me. I went to 2 managers, who did nothing. What a joke. That's why it is smart to shop at any place that's a union.
People care. They are taught how to behave towards customers. And if not, they are written up.
