Why can’t I select negative stars. They are a scam artist and mentally challenged looks like. Avoid it if you want peace in your life.I filed my taxes for 2022 and it was kicked back, they told me $150 then charged me $500 but still didn’t submit my taxes. I called them hundreds of times no answered. I drove there and spent an hour there but no answer, the lady said she will call me back but still hasn’t now not answering calls.I called and emailed corporate twice but no response for weeks now.They just want your money. They don’t have real accountants. They are just in business to scam people. Don’t fall for their scam,

Fabiola, she was my tax rep. She is just super fast not correct, she helped with my taxes and itin. There was a guy who signed the itin verification form and he is not even certified. And I waited 4 months to get the itin aproved and they got the rejection letter saying they don't recognize the guy who signed the form, they employed a person who is not certified to sign. Wow, they were so irresposible. When called they asked me to go to the IRS directly and they cannot do.. They didn't even refund us until now. $250 for wasting time sitting with these people and hours at work.
