I’ve been coming here to get my eyebrows threaded for so many years. Went there today just for threading and left with getting my eyebrows colored and I’m in love! I’ll be back every 3 weeks!

Only one lady Sarah was polite. The rest of them were so rude to me. There was an obvious discrimination in the treatment and customer service for desi and non desi customers. All non desi customers were treated so nicely.

$15.00 plus tax and a fee if you want to pay with a credit card is absolutely ludacris! This is selden, not Beverly hills. They aren't even using any product besides a bit of string. Save yourself the money and go to hena in centereach.

ruined my brows twice now. first time, i decided to give the place the benefit of doubt. maybe i wasn't clear enough about how i wanted my brows. this time, i made sure explain exactly how i wanted my shape (basically just a clean up as i waited two months for my brows to grow out to a good thickness) and she made them too thin, again! as well two different shaped brows, with my left brow more angled and my right brow more thick and straight, just like the first time. looking at the reviews, it's not just me either it seems. will not be returningService: Eyebrow threading

I had such nice eyebrows then she made them too thin and different shapes I have been there plenty of times and now I’m so disappointed she ruined my eyebrows completely and then had to chase me out the door because she charged me $26 instead of $16 terrible!Service: Eyebrow threading

Well...1st trySuper crazy rushed thru my facial. Like I've never ever received a rushed facial. The lady got cream in my eyes 2x bc she was very slopy. I asked if she was trained in NYS Cosmetology or from her native country.She said here. I will try 1 more time and update my review.I'm a little scared, but will try local 1 more time. As of right now, if I didn't buy a package of 3 from Groupon, I would never ever go there again. If it's bad again, I will contact Groupon.
