Unhelpful staff, not willing to make anything easy. Then they tell you after you bring everything in that they don't take shipments to Canada, even though it's a pretty standard shipment with label and docs.

Good service, but it's a little suspicious that they don't give you a physical receipt, they say they send it to your phone, but I didn't get it

Try to drop off 4 small tires but manager refused itAlso call fedex customer service but no help…very disappointed ?
