CVS Pharmacy receives mixed reviews regarding customer service and inventory. The pharmacy staff is often commended as helpful, patient, and pleasant, with specific praise for going out of their way to solve prescription issues. A recurring issue is that medications, particularly one specific prescription, are frequently not in stock, creating a monthly problem. I want to commend staff in the pharmacy department. I had a very bad experience with the pharmacist in Walgreens, Selden and could not/would not get the Rx I needed. The gentleman at CVS went out of his way to find it for me in the CVS in Coram. I am grateful! Thank you.

Had an issue with a generic vs. name brand Rx issue- Nick in the pharmacy picked up the phone and was so pleasant and helpful and quick to get my issue solved. Very rarely do you find great customer service and I hope he is recognized for it!

This place always has what I need in stock. Lots of available staff around to help. Clean and well organized
