Horrible customer service at the pharmacy and trying to find help on the floor was impossible. I walked out and won't be returning anytime soon.

Horrible customer service. Clerk was very rude when helping me at the register with a coupon. Will not come here again.

There are mostly young kids working here with their newly printed pharmacy assistant badges. They are totally lost. Main pharmacist is unknowledgeable and arrogant. I had a refill on a needed prescription and they told me I need insurance verification..got that,,then they said the doc had to validate it..he did for second time. Then I got text saying it was ready and went to pick it up..told me I has no more refills. I have two! I give up with cvs forever. PS this is a commonly prescribed drug. Something is fishy here.

I went for a flu shot 5 weeks ago. I still cannot lift my arm without excruciating pain. I have visited several doctors to try to regain use of my arm but so far, all I have is pain, and the inability to do basic things, like wash my hair and brush my teeth, due to the pain. Don't let Paige give you a shot. This shot has already cost me hundreds in doctor bills and it's not over yet.

They close at 6 pm Saturday. We called at 5:20 to tell them we would be on our way for flu shots. The pharmacist turns us away, stating it takes 10 mins to set up the shot, and he closes at 6- umm, what are we missing here- 5:20 plus 10 mins. We live 3 mins away. Bottom line- laziness on CVS pharmacist's part- did not want to accommodate customers.

This is probably the worst pharmacy I've ever had to do business with. After many years of doing business with them slowly but surely my medications are never in stock. They always make me wait two to four days to pick up my prescriptions. The latest thing is I have a new prescription from the doctor they sent to the CVS pharmacy in Selden on August 2nd 2019 they neglected to look and see what my coverage is. They put through some company and gave me a $2 discount, not my insurance company and charge me $35 for medication that should have been $12. So now once again I have to waste my Saturday morning going in there explain to them how once again they messed things up, and this is not the first time that they have done this. They do this on a regular basis maybe becsuse it's me. Or maybe because there stupid I don't quite know.

This place is great. The clerks up front are awesome and very nice. They ring you up fast and you're out the door. The pharmacy is great too! The technicians are very helpful in every instance and the pharmacists are very knowledgeable of their practice, which is nice. Most people reviewing about how the pharmacy is "bad" has clearly never worked a day in a retail setting in their life. When you go in the store there are probably thousands of prescriptions in their bin behind the registers. That's a lot of people to tend to get out in a timely manner. I applaud them for their efforts. Keep it up!

Generally the store is well stocked but...the pharmacy portion is often out of items and when you ask them to call other CVS locations most of the pharmacist assistants don't want to do it (and that is part of their job), and the last year or so they have become slower and slower about filling prescriptions- I cannot tell you how many times in the last year it took hours to fill a prescription, yet any time I walk in there there's always at least two assistants and 1 pharmacist walking around doing nothing or joking around with one another. They also take forever to help you there - unless you use the drive thru, they literally walk right past someone standing inside the store who has been waiting for 5 minutes or longer to attend to someone who just pulled up at the drive thru. The reason today I am writing this review is because of a prescription my doctor called in 5 hours ago, I called two hours ago, the girl whom was rather rude on the phone told me would be ready in a half hour. I let an hour go by, still no robo call telling me my medication is ready, I call back, this time a nicer girl answered the phone and explained it's not even close to being ready, they would need at least another hour and a half. What is taking so long??? This is something I know for a fact is made in a factory, the pharmacist just has to count out the correct number of pills, put them in a bottle and print the label & instructions. If this kind of terrible service continues I may switch all my families' prescriptions to Walgreens, they are more expensive but they are far more reliable.

I would give them 0 stars if that were an option. I have been painstakingly dealing with this incompetent, undereducated, short-staffed pharmacy with excessively long wait times for almost 8 years. There are two female staff members who check you in and out who are actually very nice and actually smile. The young male on the other hand, needs to be in a profession that does not include customer service. First of all he never smiles and acts like you are torturing him if God forbid you ask any questions about quantity/price of your prescription. When I realized they charged me a different price than the previous month (with the same insurance, and same prescription for almost a year) I questioned it. The response was "that's what it is based on insurance, you can call them". What ever happened to assisting the patient? Nope, just dismissed and asked what my form of payment was. I emphasize that yes, they are always ridiculously busy and yes I'm sure they are stressed, however, that should not reflect how you interact with patients/customers. Another issue-after taking an additional prescription for over a year, why is this not in stock? Does no one comprehend inventory and how it works? Who's monitoring this? Why do I need to wait 5-7 days to receive a prescription that I pick up once a month? This is absolutely asinine, embarrassing, and shame on CVS from the clerks to the CEO of the company. You have received this honest, and harsh review because you have clearly earned it. Congrats.

This store is always messy and out of stock. While that's annoying, my last 2 visits showed that the pharmacist is also lacking in professionalism and knowledge. On my last visit he could be heard talking about a prescription he was filling and going on about how the customer could have saved money if she bought genetic. First of all, why didn't he tell the person, and second, it's nobody's business and shouldn't have been broadcasted throughout the store. Today I stopped in to make a quick purchase. I didn't see a brand name in the product, only CVS brand which I don't buy because they are inferior so I asked the pharmacist. He walked over to the shelf and handed me the same product I was holding, I guess he wasn't paying attention. I explained that I wanted a brand name and he told me they didn't carry it and walked away. I took a another look on the shelf and found the brand name I was looking for and it was the same price as the CVS brand. I will never have a prescription filled here, I don't trust the pharmacist.

This place should be avoided at all costs if you value customer service. The people that work behind the Pharmacy counter are unqualified to distribute medication and should all be flipping burgers at the worst McDonalds on earth located right down the road from them. I felt like I was camping out at the counter as they fumbled an easy 2 med script and I was convinced the 4 I was dealing with behind the counter were indeed sharing one brain. I left thanking God above for the mom and pop pharmacies that will now get all of my future business and wishing this location will close sparing the innocent and unknowing a truly miserable experience when all they really want is to feel better.

This CVS is horrible, well their pharmacy is. A couple of months ago, they shorted my medication ... I should have received 90 pills and instead only 56 in the bottle. I called them as soon as I noticed and the pharmacist got on the phone who was a man with an Indian/Hindi accent. He was absolutely rude and extremely annoyed. He then accused me of lying. He said he counted the pills they had and their inventory was correct. So that rules out the possibility of someone pocketing 34 pills? He then hung up on me. I will never go there again. Rude Theives! I then had to go almost 2 weeks without my medication!

Where do I start? This place is filled with the Good, the Bad, and the Ugly. Only problem is I am pretty sure Clint Eastwood wouldn't want to be associated with this place. How about I start with the GOOD? Well, I like their pharmacy because they are always friendly and helpful. I once had the lead pharmacist call me a few days after I started a new prescription just to see how things were going and whether or not I was having issues with it. Great job there!! The BAD is their register staff up front. So I am picking up a few last minute Valentines Day items as see they have these heart shaped helium balloons. I choose between the remaining two that were that size. Typical impulse buy - I grab it because I think an "I Love You" would be a nice surprise waiting for my wife. The clerk is trying to ring up the balloon using the bar code scanner and he is manhandling this balloon. I see him press the balloon against his body trying to get it to scan. I thought to say something but it was too late - BOOM!! Pops the balloon. To which the clerk next to him and leans over asking "Did that just pop?" Really? Did she just ask that? It sounded like a truck tire exploding in the store. The popping clerk is sorting through the balloon pieces on the counter when another patron walks up to ask about why CVS stopped selling phone cards. This clerk was more apologetic to the guy, who cut the line to ask his question mind you, and never once apologized for popping the balloon I was going to purchase. Yeah I get it - it's just a balloon. But for me, customer service goes beyond what you are purchasing. It's what I do for a living and I know how you treat people. What you also don't do is begin to laugh as the upset patron walks away from the counter which is exactly what this nit-wit clerk did to me. Now the UGLY. After telling my wife and daughter the story about the balloon I was told a story that kind of mirrored the previous Yelp review of this place. They told me a story of getting rung up by someone who claimed to be a manager. This creep stopped in mid-sentence and turned to my daughter and said "You know I just have to say you are a beautiful woman". Dude - she's fifteen you ugly creepy jerk. My daughter said he made her feel so uncomfortable and my wife felt the need to step between her and him in order to grab the receipt. My wife later told me that it was just a weird situation to be in and they both felt creeped out by the uncomfortable situation he put them in. To recap: Pharmacy good Clerks bad Manager ugly

Worst experience ever Gentleman claiming to be management was to busy flirting with a customer to ring ppl up as the line continued to build and also ripping apart his employees in front of ppl
