I am a planetary scientist graduate candidate; I use my desktop for work, gaming, video editing, modeling, simulation, programming, and much more. While I have technical/hardware background I prefer not to work on my own computers due to how essential they are in my day to day - and I am by no means a true expert. I have brought my computer to Mike twice now for basic maintenance, cleaning, upgrades; each time specifically on days when I know I don't need the PC with tight time constraints. Each time CGND has not only been superb in terms of quality, responsiveness, support, and knowledge - Mike helped alleviate every bit of anxiety I had with leaving my daily driver PC in someone else's hands, choosing the right hardware, etc. I am astounded by the value of his services for the cost - they are wonderfully priced and reasonable for anyone from a novice to an expert computer hardware person who just wants to save some time. I plan to bring computers back to him for the extended future; there is no equivalent in this region, state, or the next.

Mike and Jill are two very professional and highly qualified individuals. Mike was able to get my laptop back to working condition while at the same time restoring all my files. I recommend to anyone that has a computer problem that you go to Mike before you go to any other IT service. Mike was able to solve my computer problem when neither Microsoft nor HP could.

I had an issue where my Word documents wound up corrupted, and unfortunately it spread to my entire PC with some bizarre lockout! Frantically, not knowing what to do or where to go, I called up Mike on a whim. Instantly, he was very attentive to my issues, maintaining a calm, confident, and collected demeanor in expressing his ability to correct the issues. So I gave my computer to Mike and made the best decision ever! He took the absolute care and consideration it needed while including me in on the entire process and providing great PC tips to potentially prevent any future threat along the way. He's extremely efficient, patient, and precise with his work, and the results certainly show. In a relatively short timespan, I now have my PC back better than ever! And even after I left his shop, Mike caringly followed up to make sure the entire issue was resolved. He also keeps the line of dialogue open by being genuinely generous with his time for any additional questions or concerns I may have. I am very fortunate to have found such an incredible repair shop and person!

This shop is the best. The owner fixed my old Mac tower and spent a considerable amount of time on it. He's the only one doing repairs here, but he does an amazing job. Best of all, the repairs were inexpensive. I don't know how someone can make money this way. But, that's great news for customers because he's clearly doing his job as a labor of love. And isn't that what we all want when someone agrees to work with us?

Had a problem with software that Michael and Jill only installed because I specifically asked for it — and they just spent over an hour on the phone with me figuring out how to overcome a glitch. Best service!! Such knowledgeable and personable people!! Could not recommend more - always the most positive experience

I recently needed to update my entire computer system (new laptop, monitor, external hard drive (etc)). Through a recommendation, I wound up with Michael and Jill at Computer Guy Next Door - and I'm so glad I did. They were very honest - asked a lot of questions - and listened. As a result, I now have the perfect set-up for me. I've had several (probably stupid) questions/challenges since, and both continue to be responsive and helpful - solved all my problems (which were not caused by them - all due to a crazy printer (which they did not sell me) and Windows 11). I HIGHLY recommend - these are partners you can trust!!

I have to say years ago I was recommended to Mike and I am so happy I did. Hes very knowledgeable and reasonable. Dont think twice hes the best. Also Jill is a very helpful with any questions.

If you have a need to service your computer the computer guy next door is where do you want to go they are very reliable honest and willing to help you as best they can I’ve been going to them for a while now and never been disappointing I would recommend before running around looking for good service technicians the computer guy next door is where you want to go I promise you that you will be glad that you did they are very knowledgeable in this field Count on it .
