Very good customer service. Branch Manager, Paul is very professional, and helped my wife and I open new accounts as a result of our old account being accessed by an on line hacker. He helped us even with the branch past closing time. Very impressed with this service.

I came in earlier today. I was offered the 5% savings by a guy named Brian, and he helped me immensely. I feel like many places you go to the tellers are dead, but he was super kind and insightful!

I think these tellers at this bank should help anyone whose on line. Whether theyre black or white OR WHETHER THE TELLER THINKS THE PERSON SPEAKS ENGLISH OR NOT. ALSO THEY MADE ME FEEL LIKE I WAS STEALING MY OWN MONEY. I BEEN BANKING HERE LONGER THEN 10 YEARS.. THE TELLER TRIED TO APOLOGIZE BUT YOU CANT UNDO MAKING SOMEONE FEEL LIKE A THIEF OR COMING OFF RASIST. WHICH IS SURPRISING BECAUSE SELDEN HAS DIFFERENT TYPES OF PEOPLE. GET WITH THE TIMES OR GET A NEW JOB❤❤❤

Customer service is terrible ! You seat and away for your turn while there is 4 different agents looking at their personal phone and only one of them is working . When I ask if someone else could help me the agent gave me an attitude and said I had to await longer . I felt like that only one agent that was working took longer to help the customer before me in the purpose because I was rushing . In other words … never was treated as bad !

Let's just say that I tried opening an account here and the lady who was helping me literally sat there and thought of every way she could to talk me out of it. They made me feel like it wasn't worth it. Customer service should be trying to draw more people in, not do everything they can to convince them that it may not be a good idea. I hope that whoever it was, no longer works there. But you don't forget an experience like that.
