Very disappointed in the service. My rewards account is separate from the mail I get to the house, so when I went to use my mailed coupons the woman told me they had been redeemed already. This woman had dark hair in a ponytail and she was quite tall. She seemed to have no idea what she was talking about. Standing next to her was a kind older woman working and she gladly gave the customer next to me who had the same issue her own coupons to use while the woman in front of me refused to even give my coupons back although I knew the only reason they didn’t scan was probably because my number was put into the system. Extremely unfair when the person standing next to me gets to use their rejected coupons yet I couldn’t. I’d understand if I gave the woman an attitude but I kept my composure and gave her the benefit of the doubt that perhaps she just didn’t understand how the system worked. I’ve been shopping here forever but I think this past Sunday ( August 18th @ 4:40pm ) was my last day at this location

We went there as my wife had a gift card.It was very easy to get to and park.I was surprised at the amount of Men's items available. I will be going back, with my wife along,and I will try some of these items!

Nice store for a plaza that needs refreshing. I loved the layout and it was very organized. The employees were so nice and helpful. I loved my candy cane crushed candle. I hope they have one next year.

Always clean and pleasant. Helpful staff. Just not a fan of all the scents for woman revolves around food. Ugh. Smells more like a bakery than a bath and body place.

It was ok, of course they had like 12 people "working " but only 2 people at check out and 20 people waiting in line. But they had what I needed so that's a plus.

It been a while but I got some great coupons — including a three wick candle for $11! I picked the store for pick up and the girl behind the counter was so sweet and friendly and service was quick! Not to mention the store is just so pretty and smells delicious!

I like this location - away from the crowded mall for one thing. For another the employees are friendly and very willing to help you find exactly what you need. My daughter and I frequently shop here so while we know exactly where to find whatever we're looking for, I have seen employees be a tremendous help to customers whom aren't quite as familiar with the store. They always have a wide variety of merchandise available as well and when you cannot find what you need they do try to locate it at another nearby location for you.
