My fiancé and I had a true 5 star experience at this location on Sunday 8/4/24. After test driving some used cars in Woodbury and Wantagh we ended up here at Autoland in Selden. I want to first say we left the other two places because prices were literally 10-20k more than the price listed online. Now according to some reviews they complain about Autoland's 1995 but my fiancé and I weren't surprised because we read the clear details on their website. Anyway, we pulled up at 3:45 Sunday knowing that the place closed at 4. We asked Iggy if he'd like for us to come back the next day and he said "absolutely not. Let's look at the car you came to see". He was a gentlemen and worked a fair deal up very quickly. We were going to return Monday 8/5/24 to pick up the car and I found another thing I really liked about the dealership. I asked Iggy what time he'd be in and he said he was working until 3 that day but we can do the paperwork whenever it's convenient for us and with anyone there because they all work together. We arrived Monday and the owner spent some time talking to us. He was a cool guy and the gentlemen who got us all finalized was as well. The process was fair, smooth, prompt, and my fiancé loves her sharp looking Giulia. I would recommend these guys to anyone as I've purchased 12 vehicles in my life and Autoland was my best experience to date. By the way. For those saying they needed tires, wiper blades, etc after purchasing from them. Yes that can be true. You purchased a USED vehicle that you were more than able to inspect. If you want 4 new tires you should be looking at new cars. Seems like common sense to me but I'm a little smarter than the average consumer ??♂️....Thank you Iggy and Autoland in Selden for the great experience. We appreciate you!

A very horrible experience! My wife purchased a 2014 Buick Enclave. I purchased a 2008 GMC Acadia from these guys. We would later find out that my wife's car is over priced by 6k ontop it having 6 recalls which Buick can't seem to get the parts in to fix it. I bought a complete lemon. The subframe of the truck is completely rotten? I don't even know how this truck passed inspection. The GMC should have been in a junk yard heaven. Along with it priced at $19,112.76. The know the owner will say I'm lying when I have proof of the work that needs to be done on my truck! I was recommed by someone along with me referring people to them bc i really thought this was a great place for us to buy vehicles. I hope the owner know what type of unprofessionalism this company is about. It's about. The Money and not the customers. If you have a problem with your car pls take it and have your mechanic check it out thoroughly! Of course you wouldn't remember me with a bad review and my name is Roni Linton and I bout the GMC in 2023. I told you I have proof. I have no reason to lie. This is bad for business!

Wow where to start
Fast effective friendly not pushy and when I say they say what they will do they do it I had bad tires and they put brand new tires on for me no push back at all. I was working with Paul and a true stand up gentleman. Worked with me and helped me through the process I will be sending friends and family to this location. What a great experience

Huge thank you to Tiffany for working on expediting the registration for the car we financed for my husband back in April! There was a slight issue with information and even with a lot of back and forth between the DMV and our insurance company, she made sure that we received the documents just in time. The process was Smooth as butter. Getting me in a car I thought was gonna be so complicated. But it wasn’t. Took a few hours as expected. But they got me into my new Chevy. I will be coming back for all my other vehicles.

SCAMMER SCAMMERS THE OTHER DAY I WENT TO PURCHASE A CAR, AND WHEN I TELL YOU THEIR FULL OF IT MAKE SURE YOU GUYS READ & DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION OVER THE PHONE ALL I DID WAS GIVE THEM MY FIRst & LAST NAME AND BIRTHDATE THEY DONE RAN THE HARDEST CREDIT CHECK ON MY NAME & THE VEHICHLE WAS READY FOR ME WITH OUT PERMISSION BUT 10X THE PRICE THEY TOLD ME DONT BUT A CAR FROM HERE THEY ARE FULL OF IT !

I bought an Infinity QX56 from them and have nothing but problems and bought a useless warranty that they pushed. I would not recommend them. Try another dealership.

I recently bought a Mazda 3 from autoland in Selden They were incredibly accommodating They made sure I was absolutely satisfied with my purchase I mentioned small concerns and they promptly took care of everything they're so professional and personable I highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealership they arei professional friendly and extremely accommodating All I can say is unexpected and so very much appreciated absolutely a pleasure doing business with Autoland in Selden I totally give them five stars if you're looking to buy a used vehicle I highly recommend Autoland in Selden!!!!

It has now been a few weeks since my purchase of the Toyota Venza! Im completely thrilled with how the car runs and the costumer service from Paul at auto land. He understood it was my first time with this process and answered all my calls/questions and guided me through. I believe auto land selects great vehicles as well, I actually wanted to test drive a few before arriving but immediately felt connected to the Toyota. Thanks for everything!
