I have been going here for two years, for my nails (powder). Never had a problem. Last summer white was my go to nail color. I tried it again this summer and 3 times now they have yellowed after 4/5 days. I have tried different name brands (billionaire, SNS , and once I told them white and they selected a white for me, different name brand) all turn yellow. I even tried a light grey, yellow again. I started googling why they would turn yellow, hence why I tried different name brands and then I read it could be the activator. When they pull the activator brush out it, it is yellow compared to the gloss and base. I’m going to either have to go somewhere else for white or just go dark all year round. Stinks when you spend $50 and it is hideous in 4 days.

Awful experience with rude nail techs. The customer service was terrible, and they constantly tried to upsell everything. If I could give zero stars, I would.

I simply went inside to ask if she could put some decals on my finger nails . I was willing to pay and tip. When I asked she said no and just looks back down . There was no "we don't do outside decals" or nothing . so I say is someone able to put some flowers on my fingers? she says no (without even looking up). The atmosphere is very unwelcoming and customer service is a 0 for me .

They do a good job shaping and are quick. However, when I brought up the fact that you can see the “cuticle line” in my nails, Maria insisted it’s because my dip color was too light. She didn’t add an additional layer of the dip to make sure all the nails were uniform. She started to get annoyed and flustered rather than offering to fix the nails.

I was in search of a new nail salon because I'm planning on moving to the Coram area in hopefully a few months and I'm in Coram every weekend anyway. Aroma was highly recommended to me and after 2 visits I am so happy I took the advice!! A week ago I went for my first manicure and the service I received deserved 10 stars if I could give them. Cici was my technician and was so meticulous throughout my manicure. She took extra care in my cuticles which is always important to me! The first picture is how perfect my nails are today, a week later. I went back for my pedicure today. Lucy was my technician as Cici was busy but Lucy was just as attentive and meticulous. I chose the Mango Spa Pedicure and I can't rave enough about how fantastic my feet look and feel. My legs and the bottom of my feet are as soft as a baby's. The callous remover, skin scrub and 10 min massage is included in the cost! The entire staff is so friendly when greeting you! The spa is big and very clean and organized, filled with customers. A huge plus for me is that they are open 7 days a week! I am thrilled with my new nail salon. Even though they charge a little more than my previous salon, I will gladly pay it because believe me, the way my nails and feet look and the service I received are absolutely worth it! Oh, did I mention the message they ask if you want while getting your manicure? Another 5 stars just for that!!

First time here, was highly recommended by a long time friend. Had an appt for mani/pedi: Aroma is bright, clean and welcoming. Staff is very friendly. Mary was my nail artist and she killed it!!! I always keep my nails (and toes) very very short and usually have a hard time finding an artist that can handle them properly. Thanks so much Mary, I will be definitely coming back to see you! Start to finish was a fantastic experience! ♥️

Went there yesterday for the first time. A friend recommended I try bc I was so unhappy with my nail place and how my nails looked. I was lucky to have callled when they opened and got appointment with Sophia I originally went for acrylic nails and while I was there getting a pedicure I met a woman who was wonderful she was going for over 8 years she convinced me to do the SNS dip! I am so happy that she did even more happy with how Sophia did my nails ! Even more so that they are so clean the place is busy but they found time to clean and make sure every customer was happy and satisfied!

i have been going here for 3 years now and they never fail to disappoint. these people take pride in their work and have always done the right thing every single service. i always get my gel powder every two to three weeks and i always enjoy walking in and them taking me right in and getting my nails done in a timely fashion. every time, it is exactly what i ask for. thanks guys

I’ve been a happy customer for several years now , and I can say with confidence that there isn’t a better salon out there! I have gotten manicures from everyone there at least once, and have never been disappointed with the results. Five stars just isn’t nearly enough for the quality and service at Aroma.

I usually get my nails done by Mike but he was busy. So I ended up with Maria. Horrible experience!! I’m explaining to her what I want. Clearly she doesn’t understand me. I had to get Mike attention to explain what I wanted. His English is better. Then he explains it to her and She starts yelling in her language (Chinese) I assume. This is so unprofessional. The owner asked me to pay extra from $65 to $85 because she said I had extra work done. No, your nail lady is working backwards and harder because clearly she has no idea what I’m saying. I honesty shouldn't have paid extra for such bad service and inconvenience. It’s not the customer fault that there a huge language barrier. Since I don’t like making a scene. I paid and even tipped her and NEVER coming here again. Wasting my time. Taking longer and re-doing this because she doesn’t understand English & I had to pay for it ???
