Don’t visit if you have EBT. They display a sign on the door saying EBT accepted. When I brought items to the register, and their card reader declined my card (in both registers) I was told “it must be your card”. I went outside and called my card. There wasn’t a problem. Then the clerk said, “oh we must be having problems with our systems”. The next time I visited (sign still on door saying they accept EBT), the cashier said they weren’t accepting EBT. Then take the sign off your door. Don’t be dishonest in the hope that you will have a customer willing to pay with another form out of desperation. That’s what they are doing.

I'm only just realizing now that I got home that I was overcharged. I saw a discount on Bang energy drinks: 2 for $4.50 which I thought was amazing since I've only ever seen 2 for $5 in other 7 elevens. I also get a large slurpee and when he rings it up, he asks for $8.42. I was partly at fault considering I didn't even think about how it doesn't add up since even with my $1.79 slushee and tax, it shouldn't be more than $7. My receipt says i was charged $3.19 for each energy drink which a 5 cent promo which is a far cry from what was stated. No promised discount. I would like to go back and show them it, but I doubt they'd give me a refund for the promised discount or anything, which is disheartening considering the cashier seemed like a nice worker.

Everything you could want from a 7-11, but also I was stranded here waiting for progressive roadside and after they were an hour late one of the cashier's showing up for their shift was able to jump my battery and send me home. So yeah, five stars.

Been coming to this 7 Eleven location for years as I lived a large portion of my life right up the street from it. Same as all the rest. Same items, Slurpees, snacks, refrigerated drinks and food items and such. Dropped in here this morning for a cup of coffee and it brought back memories.

This was the first time I have been to this location 711/24/7!!I definitely recommend going to this location the employee at the register was phenomenal, the vibe, positive energy well spoken, great attitude., it’s very rare that you meet people who are very compassionate and kind nowadays!!!Godbless and to the owner/manager your fortunate to have an employee who has a wonderful outlook in life which makes customers coming back.. which I will now come here again because of the kindness and taking the time to say something nice.. you don’t have to know someone to just say a kind word that makes a major impact in a persons life spread the kindness!! OGCJMEAMEN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The most disgusting 7/11 I’ve been to by far. Firstly, the place is extremely unclean. The workers there are rude and tik toking the customers during check out. Like I just want to get coffee.. I don’t want to be recorded for your tik tok views lol like complete weirdos

I will not bother writing an essay on the terrible experience I had here with a cashier recently but it prompted me to email corporate and I left never wanting to return again. Nightmare of a parking lot that always floods so deeply to the point it could damage your vehicle. Lot is also covered in trash. There are 2 other 7/11’s on Middle country road, both markedly better, brighter and cleaner than this one and with much nicer employees. I will not be returning here.

How hard is it to just WEAR A MASK? Honestly?! And if you're going to just f****** pretend we're not in a pandemic, do you have to grab everything I have to purchase? Do you have to stand within 7 INCHES of me as I enter or exit? I get it, you don't give a s*** if you live or die in a high traffic environment, cool, but I don't want to do f****** business with superspreaders when I'm already sick of this goddamned lockdown. Y'all are PART OF THE PROBLEM.
